This was a nice hotel but it seemed a little overpriced. Clean spacious rooms and pet friendly was a bonus.

The pool, the hot tub, the location, and it was clean. Way waty way overpriced. Great hotel, great bedding. Way way way overpriced! It is a Holiday Inn Express, not a 4 star hotel. Honestly.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and a friendly staff. It's a little further from CSU than we would have liked, but all-in-all a good experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and open 24 hours a day. There was a hot special breakfast each morning as well as, their traditional continental breakfast. A very pleasant overall experience.

Hotel was new and in good shape. Very clean. Everything was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The entire stay exceeded my expectations.

Very nice full breakfast each morning. Great showerhead & creatively folded towels. The swimming pool did not open till 8:00 AM. Too late! Very clean, great location in relation to CSU. Easy freeway access. Lots of restaurants nearby. Was very pleased with the hotel and will return whenever I am agin in Ft. Collins.

Very clean with friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very minimal. Overall, this hotel was very accommodating. Plenty for kids to do. The Continental breakfast was very minimal. We went down to eat at 8:15 a.m. and it was either already picked over or there wasn't much to begin with. They could definetly improve in this area.

Great room. We had the King suite with the Jacuzzi. Very nice and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Quiet hallways. Nice staff. A/C heater worked excellent. Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing and I could watch and hear the TV while in it.
