We called the hotel directly to ask about the room situation and were told that there would be 2 double beds and a pull out couch with a pocket door in between, there was no pocket door and no rooms with one like was described on the phone. It was a BIG inconvenience and had to pay for an extra room. We will not stay there again or at another Quality Inn and were also disappointed that we had prepaid through Orbitz so they could not give us a discount, therefore, it would be very unlikely that we would prepay again.

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, quiet. Nothing. Far exceeded expectations. It was a little out of the way but in a very upscale nice neighborhood.

The hotel staff, no matter what time or which person, was always friendly and helpfull. The hot breakfast was nice, the same every day but better than a stale donut or muffin. The rooms were clean and so was the hotel.

This hotel was great. We have 2 little dogs, they were comfortable and there is a nice open space outside to take them to. The rooms were surprisingly very clean considering animals are allowed in them, you would never know that! The room was very large too, plenty for us, our 3 smaller kids, and the 2 dogs. We had 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper. The pool/jacuzzi was great, super clean. The breakfast was very nice and a lot of food to choose from. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely go back.

For do a lot of traveling and overnight stay in hotels, this place was very livable for a longer term stay.

The pool. The vibrations. No one should be given room 107 where we stayed.

Hotel was adequate and a good value. Never heard the train. Only complaint is that the elevator is tiny and very slow, other than that I would recommend it. Also, the breakfast was well stocked and there was a wide variety of choices.

Nice clean rooms at a reasonable price. Conveniently located off of College Ave and close to restaurants. Only bad thing is the train track that's located at the rear of the property. If you are a hard sleeper you'll have no problems sleeping through the trains that come by. If not, the noise isn't that bad and doesn't last for too long. There are signs at check-in that warn about the train.

Couldnot have been better location for what we were doing and close to family members home.

Very clean and nice. Loved having the microwave and fridge! The staff was very friendly when we called needing directions. They got us in our room pretty fast and we were surprised on how nice the room was.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant. Our room was spacious with amenities of a much more expensive facility, including mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, couch, large bathtub and more. On the third floor, we had a nice view of the mountains. The fitness room was limited to a stationary bike and Universal-type weight machine, but had its own air conditioning control. The pool was large and looked inviting. Breakfast offered many choices for a continental, including baked and cooked (DIY) selections. Only a 10 minute or less drive from anywhere in Ft. Collins, including CSU campus and Old Town, we even got some holiday shopping done right across the street at Barnes & Noble and REI.

Cannot give any complaints about the hotel itself - clean, comfy, great breadfast. BUT there is an active railroad just beyond the back parking lot, so if you are in rooms on that side, bring earplugs!

This was our first time at a "Quality Inn" and we were very pleased. Easy check-in, spacious and comfortable room, good breakfast.

Good location. Hot tub was not hot.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The room was bright, and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. Plus the pool area stayed open until midnight not like ten oclock like most places. They had an excellent continental breakfast; not just your cold items, but eggs, waffles, sausage, etc. Since they are located one block from the main street, they do not have the traffic or noise. However there is a train that runs directly behind the hotel twice a day, that can be a little noisy. But it runs at a decent hour, and not in the middle of the night. Our only complaint is they do not have adjoining rooms.

The room was large and clean, and a plus to have a mini-fridge. The hotel was quiet and well-kept. Pool and fitness area was great! Breakfast had a full spread (make your own waffles, yummy!), however, the coffee could have been a bit better!Lots of restaurants and shopping right out the door. A great place to stay for the money, I would stay there again! "

The hotel was within walking distance of shopping and dining. The staff was very helpful at advising us about travel conditions when we were leaving for Denver and there was snow and ice on the ground. There was a railroad just behind the hotel, but we were not disturbed by the trains. This could be because we were on the front of the building. FT. Collins seemed to be a safe and peaceful city.

Breakfast great, comfy beds, clean, and pool/hot tub was nice. Friendly, gave me a crib for baby, excellent experience! TV didn't have many movie channels. I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, they even gave a portable crib for my baby! The thing that was the most fun was the full breakfast with every kind of thing you could want! The pool was refreshing, the was hot tub was nice and hot! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amenities, staff, accomodations, breakfast, price were all great. Couldn't ask for anything more, especially for the price.

Very clean, comfortable & reasonably priced. The indoor pool & hot tub were great and the continental breakfast well stocked. Beds were soft however.
