Good location, walk distance to Casino hotels. 7minutes from ferry terminal, there is shuttle service from/to ferry terminal every 30minutes. Seven Eleven, the convenience store is across from the hotel. I wish to have heater in the room, because the Macu was so cold and it was first time in 50years. But overall Friendly service by all of hotel staff, good breakfast at restaurant. Recommend to those who are seeking quiet environment.(no casino or night clubs)

It's very nice hotel. everything is very impressiveness. the hotel is nice and clean. check-in process is very easy. My reservation is not included breakfast but i got 15 minutes free internet, free shuttle bus to pier. and we can walk to the center of the city within 10 minutes. Therefore, if you visit to Macau. this hotel is the first choice!

The hotel is 10-15mins' bus ride from the ferry terminal. It’s very near Hotel Holiday Inn (useful to cab driver as a landmark) and opposite the Finance building. Nearby there’s a 24-hrs convi-store (similar to NTUC/Shop-and-Save), a 7-11 & a few eateries. From the hotel it’s a 5-7mins cab ride to the roundabout (Wynn, Lisboa) & further 5-mins brings you to the “city square” shopping area that will lead you to St Paul’s ruins, the Mount Fortress, etc. We requested & got a non-smoking twin room, on Level 22 (we could see Guia Hill & the Guia Lighthouse!). Despite the room being just 3-5 steps away from the lift landing we were not disturbed by any noises. The room was very big (compared to HK rooms) & clean. We didn't encounter any hot/cold water issues. Breakfast was filling but not varied (we stayed there for 2 days). We got coupons for free Internet but didn’t use coz the 3 internet terminals were “out-in-the-open” at the main lobby area so no privacy.

I would recommend this quiet and confort hotel for trip with children. No casino or night clubs are inside the hotel, that keeps guest very quiete environment. Convenience store is next door. Lots of casino attractions are walk distance, e,g, Lisboa Hotel, Wynn Hotel. Lots of local restaurants are located nearby, where English menu is available. This hotel has free shuttle bus service from Macau ferry terminal, and it is only 7minutes away. from 8:30am til late night.

First timer stayed in macau. I am very surprise that it is clean room. The price is quite cheap, so it is better than expectations. i took the bus ap1 from airport, but i cannot find the sign to stop, until end at bus terminal. Then i took taxi. bring a long print out of hotel name and address. The taxi driver did not understand english. If you want to take bus AP1, stop at ferry terminal. Then either call hotel when is the shuttle bus timing or take taxi.

Metropark is good for helpful. but there's far form senado a little but near the fisherman craf. Over all I think It's OK

Clean, modern and comfortable, and exceptional value at the rate I paid. It was also warm, despite the cold outside temperature, unlike the Sintra where I stayed in a previous visit to Macau. The only downside is that, as it caters largely for mainland Chinese, there is no in-room coffee, only tea.

This is my second visit to the hotel. The standard has maintained since my last visit in October 08. Sad to say I have not seen any improvement on the breakfast buffet spread infact exactly the same menu as my previous visits. The quality of the coffee is infact very diluted/thin to hotel standard and food cold. I do hope the hotel mangement would look into this. I would consider to book this hotel again but it will not be on my prority list.

Basically, its a very nice and clean hotel.Luckily we chose the correct hotel (its our 1st time in Macau!)and they also provide FREE shuttle from the ferry to hotel vice-versa!(saved us on the taxi fares of course!)but, if possible, the hotel shld also provide our transportation to the ferry, cos we had to take our own taxi due to the FREE shuttle only starts at 830am!!and we checked out at 700am!and theres no breakfast too!!what a shame....It wld be great if the hotel could also provide facilities for Muslims guests...cos we had great great problem in choosing our HALAL FOOD!!!

Hotel is centrally located and that is one of the nicest things about this hotel. Staff barely speak English and that proves to be a hindrance if you have not done your homework. The whole hotel is dimely lit which gives it a very dull and glommy look.

Middle range hotel, clean, and convenient. Efficient and friendly staff. Hotel is in a good central location, and has shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the ferry terminal.

All was fine. Clean non-smoking room. Quiet neighbors. 'Course, I was out sight seeing most of the time. Was surprised though, when asked to provide deposit even when I was checking in with credit card, but I guess that's the way with hotels in China. The staff said they'd refund the deposit within 14 days once I check out, understoodable but should be less since actual amount of fee is paid only at check out. One main setback would be the limit on free supply of water per day. Never heard of this from other hotels around the world, but not that huge a setback since 7-Eleven's accross the street.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful but not able to converse well in English. The deluxe room is spacious and the location is great. Looking at the room rate that I have paid, it is considered a pretty good deal.

The room is quite spaceous for a couple. buffet breakfast is superb. We had difficulty in talking to the staff as they can't understand and speak English,No Shuttle bus was seen at the pier whenever we arrived there.
