Hotel has recently been renovated. Room are spacious and beautiful. Service from staff was great. Location is great and everything is within walking distance. Breakfast served many selections of western/chinese food. Restaurant service & food quality was excellent! Thank you for the great service. Highly recommended the Holiday Inn Macau!

Its location is ok but I can feel that the hotel is old. Moreover, the casino looks so sad. The bed is good.

Comfortable and safe. Good location close to casinos and shopping but not right on top of them. Good access to public bus system and Macau Ferry terminal. Staff very friendly and helpful.

we changed to another hotel the next day and the price was the same and the facilities were 7 star against the holiday Inn , would not stay there again, lobby looks impressive but the rest is in need of upgrade, the restaurant had nothing we asked for and then mixed all the meals up and was really second rate.

This Holiday was superb for the money. It has been recently remodeled and is in excellent condition. The rooms where very nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was excellent. The location is in the downtown area. It is very easy to get around from the Holiday Inn Macau to most anywhere. The Winn is within walking distance as well. One downside but very minor is that you will have to walk a short distance if you would like to catch a cab without waiting. Otherwise if you are on a budget and would like a great location to call your base while in Macau then the Holiday is ideal for you. Needless to say Macau is very beautiful and full of fun.

Room very small, but not many non-smoking rooms with a double bed we were told. Whole building smells on smoke as mainly Chinese guests belch smoke continuously. Staff friendly and helpful, room adequate but not superior. Pillow was large and uncomfortable. Handy city location. Probably would not stay there again.

Everything of the hotel is wonderful including its staffs who were very professional, patience and courteous in attending to my needs. The rooms are clean and the in-room safe is a plus for me. There is one minor setback where the hotel does not provide airport transfer from Macau International Airport.

The staff at the Holiday Inn were very friendly and spoke good English. Location was handy to everything. Room was spacious and clean with a king bed, and a non-smoking room as requested. We would recommend to others.

pleasantly surprised when the room I booked was upgraded. very beautiful room with 2 double beds. the room is very spacious and came with all the basic coffee making facilities and soap, etc. Location is good as it's 5 min walk away from Casino Lisboa. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the ferry terminal every half an hour, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.
