I have stayed at this Hotel three different times now, with three good experiences. It's clean, the amenities are wonderful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Very pet friendly! I only have one complaint. The rooms on the first floor are in better condition than those on the second, and the walls are very thin on the second floor. The person in the next room could turn the volume down on my TV, as well as change channels, and I could hear their alarm going off early in the morning.

Quiet, clean. Beds were somewhat hard. The outside of the hotel looks dated but the inside is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds were a little hard but not too bad. Conveniently located next to I-25. However not many shops or restaurants nearby.

One of our pets required evaluation at CSU vet school and we stayed two nights in Ft. Collins at the La Quinta Inn. This is the finest pet friendly motel (too many Motel6's to speak of) that we have ever stayed at and we've stayed at many. The physical plant was exquisitely clean with large spacious and quiet rooms each equipped with a generous sized tub/shower, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. We didn't use the seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool nor jacuzzi but the continental breakfast was more than usual. The finest attribute was in genuine and helpful staff and management. We'll definitely go back and stay with them again.

The hotel did meet my expectations, and the continental breakfast was awesome. They had everything that I needed. The relaxation was great, the hours of operation for the whirlpool was fantastic. Since I did not come in until approximately 10pm, 15 minutes in the whirlpool was great. I would recommend this hotel

The free breakfast offering was very nice. Stayed one night to visit the university with our son. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean, our son liked the fast internet connection. The free breakfast had a nice variety.

This hotel is old, needs renovation, and is not secure. Outside door locks to the building do not work, so anyone could come inside, and even in the non-smoking rooms, it smells like a smokestack. There is no fitness center, and the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Furniture is wobbly and the back parking lot is mixed with parking for surrounding businesses. The only good things were the recliner in the room, which was very comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi. The room was pretty clean in general, but the bed was not comfortable--it felt like sleeping on a hard wood platform. Overall, we were not impressed with this hotel and do not plan to stay here again. We live in the city and will not recommend this hotel to any friends or family who come to visit.

Friendliness of staff and breakfast. Scratchy sheets and pillowcases and hard beds. This hotel was okay, not great, but very friendly staff , lots of dogs staying there kind of annoying and kind of noisy overall.
