Food & DrinkEvening meal was very good and reasonably priced.Cooked breakfasts are something i do not often attempt as they are normally half cooked and poorly presented. This hotel, however, was excellent. Bacon & Sausage were grilled, not fried, and cooked well. Eggs were also very good and not smeggy on top. Service from the staff at breakfast was also excellent. I would definately stay again.

I have marked cleanliness down as the carpet in reception and on the staircase was filthy but the room was clean. Having booked an 'executive' room I was slightly disappointed as the room was rather small. The television channels were very poor - I could only get 1, 3 and 4 and none of the Sky channels advertised. Friday night was very noisy until 2 a.m. and guests were allowed to stand in the entrance door smoking which made reception smell of smoke - isn't this illegal? I only had breakfast which was ok. The staff were generally very helpful although one person in Reception promised to find out something for me and didn't. I understand that she may not have been able to but she didn't leave me a note so I was left to wonder whether she had forgotten. One last point that LateRooms may want to look into; the room rate quoted on their site was considerably more than the rate quoted in Reception so my saving was less than I was led to believe.

Don't Bother - Drive past. This Hotel is possibly the worst hotel i have had the misfortune to stay at. The hotel first of all is not in a very nice place which doesn't fill you with confidence and the hotel staff i encountered were unhelpful and service very slow. I was given my room key which was supposed to be an executive single with double bed . It was the size of someones single loo room. It had black hair in the bath which i don't think anyone wants to see do they. I dread to think what the basic single was like . I was told food was served till 9pm so after getting washed etc and driving for 5 hours ,i went to order some food and was told they only have a salad now this was at 8pm. I ordered this after having not eaten for 7 hours , arrived salad was the old left out looking type you see and withered . Went to bed feeling starving hungry. Next morning waited for breakfast- really looking forward to this as by this time was contemplating eating my own shoe! waited 1 hour and need i say more egg wasn;t cooked and all was cold. Dissapointed. Staff was unhelpful and gave the impression they couldn;t care less. I usually stay in the centre of glasgow to check on my Jobs but had no parking this time . I looked at the pictures on the net and read description and provided parking and not too far from centre so give it a go, my hotel room didn't look like any of them as my room was not of decent standard for an executive that i paid for, but guessing that was a joke.(executive) . I am not hard to please just want a clean & tidy room with enough room to turn round . A hot cooked meal and the same for breakfast. It's not hard to do these basic things and if you can't provide these things then in my opinion i would change business for sure. This is the only bad review i have ever left - i am not a moaner or picker just a hard working person wanting a half decent hotel for the night. You make your own mind up when looking at this hotel- but my opinion is don't bother a

BargainThis is the second time I have stayed here, and I will do so again. Although it is outside the city centre, it is worth the (fairly short) travel time for the price you pay. If you are travelling south of Glasgow then it is ideal. The rooms I have had have been spacious and airy with good facilities, and the large car park, with CCTV and a fence, is a bonus. The staff are all very nice, and there is a friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Although it is very clean (and quiet, since it's a fairly solid building) , it's probably just about at the stage where a wee lick of paint wouldn't go amiss here and there, but this is purely cosmetic and will not affect your stay at all.

Kings Park HotelStayed one night on our way up to Dundee, initially we were given a double instead of a twin but they gave us another double at no extra cost. Staff were great as was the breakfast. The place was a bit rough around the edges but we had a great time.

hotel staff were excellent.Bar downstairs was very wolcoming didnt feel that we needed to leave the hotel. The price of room stated as £300-£400 pound was greatly exaggerated and staff were surprised it was advertised at this.In honesty we were expecting luxury but room was very basic were the price we paid £39.99 was well suited for the room, however the staff and the pub in the hotel made our stay very enjoyable and would return.

Good stayVery good service, all staff were very helpful (including a very early breakfats delivered to my room. Room itself was ok, but at this price I'm not complaining. Overall great value for money, with great service.

Not ideal if you are relying on a good night's sleepThis hotel represents value for money and you get what you pay for. The food and staff were both good, however, the rooms were red hot - the radiators would not turn off. The hotel laundry was also delivered at 5.00am with no respect for room occupants and the resulting noise and slamming of doors combined with the excessive heat meant that little sleep was had. My colleague's room had a water pipe running through it which clanked all night. This is not an ideal location if you are relying on a good nights sleep prior to a business meeting or a long drive home.

A Wee GemI travel about a lot and find it very hard to find a good hotel with nice people, good food, wifi and parking within my budget, but this hotel is the best value there is. The people are always great and you are never left wanting. This is not a luxury hotel and as such, a small amount of the rooms seem dated, but don't let this put you off. The rooms are more than adequate for a travelling business person, and the little that a few of them might leack (most of the rooms are great by the way) is more than made up for by everything else. Just a few miles from the city centre if you need, there is no reason to look anywhere else. Beware though, it seems to be harder to get a room as more and more people like me keep going back. I hope it never changes

kingsparkDespite their advert I thought this place was no better than a travel lodge. The whole place was in need of a face lift. The decor was way out of date and shabby. The advertised room rate was £225 but no one in their right mind would pay even half that. The evening meal I had was like a Tesco value frozen meal. My room was a small single room that smelled like a smokers paradise, at least the bedding appeared to be clean. Ok fo a cheap one-nighter if you can't find somewhere else.
