All in all, a good place to stay. They had problems with the elevator and some of the staff could have been nicer. The cleaning staff did an awesome job in the room. Couldn't get much closer to the park.

Old and unfriendly. Front desk clerks were not very friendly (cold face).The room was old, small and not very clean.

Hotel staff was friendly and co-operative when we changed our check out date. The guest laundy facilities were clean and well maintained.

The hotel is very accessible and about a mile from the Yellowstone Park entrance. It is a walking distance from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center as well as the downtown W. Yellowstone Stores. A GREAT value. The pool and hot tub were very clean and sparsely occupied at the various times that we visited. I'd go here again to visit the park.

Good location for shopping. Nice breakfast bar. Next to a very good museum and movie theater. I would recommend this motel to my friends. Location was very good and restaurants were close by. Very clean.

It was high in price and the breakfast was un-organized and crowded. We had fun in the pool-but the hot tub was cold. The room was nice and the fridge and microwave were very handy!

All I remember is how unfriendly the staff were. It's like they couldn't be bothered to take care of the customers. At breakfast, all they wanted to do was get people out of the dining area so they could start cleaning it. When I went to check out, they had to pull themselves away from talking to one another. Not my best travel experience and one I wouldn't repeat.

This was great!!! For the price, the rooms were huge, decent breakfast with fresh waffles, good pool and hottub, very clean!!! The location is awesome! Less than a block from the West entrance! The only thing they could have done to improve our stay would have been to hold off the 2 inches of snow one more day (June 7th people)! No, but seriously, it was amazing for the price!!

The Kelly Inn Yellowstone in West Yellowstone, Montana serves as a perfect gateway to Yellowstone National Park. The hotel is pleasant and clean but most importantly it is only a few blocks from the entrance to Yellowstone.

A very comfortable and clean hotel, washer and dryer were new and very clean.pool was a bit small but hot tub was nice.We had 3 adults and 2 kids and did'nt feel cramped.

the hotel was in a great location, right outside the park and close walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. The rooms were roomy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One negative, they had a be green sign in the room and they do not recycle.

The motel was about average for this type of place, but way overpriced because of its location at Yellowstone, as all lodging is in the area.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The pool and spa was in a great location as well as the laundry facility. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very pleasant and homy... The staff was excellent and the continetnal breakfast was very good, we liked the waffles we made... It was very close to the West entrance to Yellowstone.... I would recommend the hotel to all...

The Kelly Inn at West Yellowstone was PERFECT for our travel through Yellowstone on our way to Seattle, WA! Located just outside the West entrance to Yellowstone, we spent two comfortable nights in your hotel and LOVED the selections at Continental Breakfast!!! Practically Perfect and we will surely recommend to friends and family for future trips.

Room was very spacious and clean , in fact more room than I had imigined. Hotel has a great pool and hot tub with dry sauna. You can park right outside your room on the lower level which was very handy for packing and unpacking. Great location about 1 block from the West Yellowstone IMAX and 1 Block from the Discovery Grizzly and Wolf Center which was great for the kids. Within walking distance about 2 block to downtown West Yellowstone Montana which has lots of places to eat, I did not have a bad meal there.
