Very friendly greeting and personnel were helpful when we asked for assistance in making plans. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent....facilities, location...all very good...I would stay there again and will recommend to others on vacation in the Yellowstone area.

Close to town, liked the train car! Over priced for what it is. Nice, the food was not great.

The rooms were older but seemed fine except for a noisy air conditioner. However, the service at the resturant was lacking and the food was poor especially for the price. Our waitress did not have any patience for children. Other than that, we enjoyed Yellowstone alot, very beautiful and fasinating.

Dinky suite they gave us did not match the spacious online image. Restaurant would not seat us until 9:00 pm because the kitchen "got behind." Walls are incredibly thin--we could hear every step of the people in the room above us. Remotes did not work for TV. TV reception was bad. Bathroom was tiny. Beds were lumpy, as were pillows. Very disappointing, esp. for the price.

We explored the park from very early morning until sunset....saw the bison some with their babies, a female moose, elk, black bear and two grizzly female with their cubs. Then went shopping in some of the stores inside the park, watched old faithful, and enjoyed the kindness of many people who were also on vacation.

Friendly andhelpful staff. No compleientary breakfast. This hotel was fine - not fancy but very adequate and clean. It was not a problem to borrow a bowl from the kitchen or some salt. They responded quickly when we ran out of Kleenex. The only disappointment was not getting a complementary breakfast but the restaurant was very good.

You would get better service living in a tent in the woods than this place. The staff is terrible and I will never return here.

There are not a lot of options in West Yellowstone. While the property had good proximity to thw West entrance to Yellowstone, the rooms need upgrading. The restaurant was better than most in town.

Close to all the activities, great staff. Ran out of hot water Saturday morning. Over all the accommodations were great. Some of the wait staff at the restaurant was not so good.

We got in late and left early so have limited info. It seems to have good amenities and staff was friendly. Room was clean and large and bed was good. Carpet in halls and elevator were a little worn.

very close to the western entrance to Yellowstone with multiple choices for dining options

Friendly staff. Disappointed with whirlpool. We had taken a quick mini vacation to get a break from a busy time in our family, family medical trauma and when we went to use the pool area (whirlpool) specifically it was not available. We had been really looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool and they said it wouldn't be available till the following afternoon. I don't see how it could take that long to clean up a mess.

Wonderful decor--giant mural, dining car in restaurant--and very clean rooms. Advertised gas fireplace in our room but they keep it off for summer (still not on Oct. 11th). Great location near west entrance of Yellowstone. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet (kids eat free) and quaint Oregon Shore Line train dining car for exploring (museum-like). Kids loved the indoor pool with hot tub. Our suite had a nice dining room table as well as a deep jetted tub in bathroom. Family friendly. Clean rooms.

This hotel was great! The rooms were very spacious, and had all of the amenities. Fridge, hairdryer, microwave, pool, coffee maker, etc! And the town was a great place to walk around, get dinner and do dome shopping. Very festive.
