We paid a lot for this hotel considering that there were so many options around, our room was not clean at all including dirty linen, the staff was not very helpful either, avoid this hotel

Convenience to the park. Chlorine smell from the pool near elevator. The price was a little high but it was because of location near park, probably. Otherwise we were satisfied to have a clean place and good food. Breakfast could include fruit selections.

We reserved a room here for three nights. We called to make the reservation about a week before arriving. We specifically wanted to be sure the pool would be open. We understand that we are coming during the slow season, and it's a good time to make repairs and enhancements. We were guaranteed the pool would be available. When we arrived, we found the pool to be covered up. As it was late, we didn't inquire about it. The next day, when we wanted to use the pool in the afternoon, it was still covered. We inquired at the front desk. The woman working didn't know whether the pool was open or closed. She refused to find out an answer to our question. She simply said over and over that there was nothing she could do to help us. She went so far as to say that she only worked there and she couldn't call the manager. The manager was on vacation and unreachable. I insisted, rather forcefully. When she was on the verge of tears, she picked up the phone, called the manager and spoke to her immediately. I spoke to the manager who told me that there had been an unplanned closure of the pool for servicing that hadn't been known last week. She offered to cancel the remainder of my reservation if I could find another hotel. She was polite and professional and understanding. We did find another hotel. Everything else at the hotel was nice. The room was comfortable, the rest of the staff was eager to help and accomodate. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping did a good job the one day we stayed. Unfortunately, there was one front desk person who was always holding her puppy and was unwilling to resolve our problem.

Room and bath were clean, spacious, well supplied and ideally located for entry into Yellowstone Park. Internet access was available. Breakfast was included in the fee. It was ample and delicious and saved us from having to forage around town first thing in the morning. One minor complaint. About six bikers parked their motorcycles right in the entry plaza impeding access to the hotel at the main entrance while we were there. Management should find a better location for motorcycle parking.

Location - close to Yellowstone & restaurants. Mattress was too firm; noise from neighbors above. Our first night was miserable. No air conditioning/heating available; upstairs occupants were very loud and our mattress was much too firm for our age (seniors). First continental breakfast we've ever had that did not offer fresh fruit.

Good room; good breakfast; nothing spectacular for the cost but its Yellowstone.

The Pros ? Hotel was relatively new and the rooms were clean. There was Internet access which was very convenient. Besides easy access to Yellowstone, the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center and the IMAX was just down the street which we enjoyed very much. The Cons ? Had trouble with the AC Unit. There was a sign that said the heating and cooling was controlled by the wall panel. After several attempts to get the air going, I got very frustrated when it wouldn?t work. Finally, I used the controls on the unit itself and it worked just fine. We were pleased that the rate included breakfast. However, the person who cleaned off the tables in the breakfast room used a very strong cleaner which is not so pleasant while you?re eating.

Friendly people working there. The hotel was very clean, but the room was too small. We liked the Hotel as far as it being clean and quite. The only problem that we had was the room was very small. A Queen size bed, but it was more like a double.

We took our granddaughter to Yellowstone for her birthday and this hotel was one of the more affordable ones we had to choose from. I was a little concerned about the hotel and what we would find - but as soon as we arrived I knew we had made a good choice. The front desk clerk was very friendly and our check-in went smoothly. When we got to our room we were very surprised to find a "goodie bag" filled with all sorts of free samples. One was a brand new men's razor which my husband had been eyeing at the store! A full-size deodorant, health drinks, snack bars, aspirin, throat lozenges, hair ties - you name it, it was in there! We had more fun looking through everything and deciding who would get what! LOL Our room was nice sized and very clean. The morning breakfast was very nice - my granddaughter especially liked making her own waffles. The usual assortment was there - breads, cereals, juices, teas, coffee. We used the pool and whirlpool one evening upon return from the Park and it was just fine. The only problem we encountered was our room was right next to the stairway and we could hear people on the stairs at times. Otherwise the hotel was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient . The breakfast was the usual continental dry goods. I would not have a problem staying here again, the pool was indoors and heated.

We were so excited when we pulled up, we couldn't believe that this was the place for the price we paid. This is a nice place to stay really clean, awesome staff, quick to help. Great breakfast in the morning. The kids had a great time with us in the pool. We will be coming back here again for sure.

We would go back. Only criticism would be:1. Some sound carried through walls2. The heater/cooling unit was noisy when it kicked on, disrupting our sleep the 1st night3. Someone ran their vehicle awhile to let it warm up (winter) and the exhaust fumes entered our room from the outside.

The rooms had everything I would have wanted given our budget. The rooms were big, clean and packed with amenities for travelers. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations with waffles and the like.

Nice new clean hotel. Beware of off-season rates that result in off season service. Breakfast goes until 10 but they are unwilling to replenish or keep the food supplied. Asked for help and finally received more food by a very reluctant desk clerk. They should just close during off-peak times if they are unwilling to provide services advertised or personnel to provide the services.

The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were spacious. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The make-your-own Belgium waffles in the continental breakfast is a great idea. Our children loved the pool. My wife and I loved the hot tub.

Clean and comfortable hotel, good value for the money. What you would expect. Better to call the hotel and reserve a room yourself than to go through the travel agent. I spent two days at this hotel and the actual price of the stay was $* less than what I paid travel website to make the reservatiion. Don't be burned by the travel agent....make you own reservation with this hotel.

Good breakfast buffet, nice room. Pool water was cold.
