Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The rugs were a bit damp and the air conditioner a bit noisy but the room had all the proper amenities including a fridge and microwave (which I did not need). I'll be back again.

Refrigerator, microwave, indoor pool, game area, price. Steamy around the pool, pool some what cloudy. A great place to stay with kids! Very impressed with the amenities in the room.

The Howard Johnson in Conway would not be one I would recommend. When I arrived I checked in without a problem. However, when I got to the room, the switch by the door wouldn't work (it was almost 10 pm). I had to put my things down and go into the room to find a lamp. The biggest problem was the temperature of the room. It had been 103 degrees that day and there was no air conditioning on in the room. I turned the air on but it took 2 hours to cool down enough to go to sleep. I did report this to the manager who said it was there policy to never turn on the air prior to guests arrival. Add this to dirty grout, and cracked tile in the bathroom and I would never choose to stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly even took the time to learn my name. The bathroom needs to be updated.

Neat pool area. They don't open the pool until 10 a.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. It's a nice, clean hotel with a neat pool area. My only complaint is we asked for a later check-out than 11a.m. and they just moved it back to 11:30.

Indoor pool & hot tub. Air conditioner did not work - was replaced next morning. Hotel was great other than the air not working. Called front desk & was told they would call maintenance but they probably will not come. They called back & said to try turning off for a few minutes. This appeared to work briefly but not all night. We were settled in this room with children asleep. I told them the next morning & nothing was offered for inconvenience & discomfort.

Very quiet. Newly remodeled room with frig and microwave. Under major construction, very poor breakfast. Our room was nice and clean (newly remodeled). There were very few guests, so it was very quiet. The construction made it very difficult to get to the indoor swimming pool. There was very little choice for breakfast. In fact, there was nothing we were even interested in eating. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Immediately off interstate. Less the average comfortable bed. Clean, not new. Average maintenance. Could use paining, updating, etc. I would stay here again. Safe and easy access to restaurants and fast food. Close to Hendrix University. Close to shopping center with national book retailer.

I liked the indoor pool. When you walked inside it smelled very clean. The bed was too hard. I didn't think it would be a very good hotel. I was wrong. I was very surprised to see what I saw.

Clean room. Allowed our pet (lab) to stay. Decent pool, whirlpool, dry sauNA Wet sauna had a strange smell. Breakfast was okay. Truly I would stay here again just because they let us have our dog there for an additional $10. Our daughter liked the pool. My husband and I liked the whirlpool and hot sauNA It was in a convenient location. Breakfast was just bagels/cereal/doughnuts and/or fruit and juice/milk but that was okay and clean. The worst was our neighbor did not turn off the alarm clock and it beeped forever.

Very adequate. Hotel manager a creep! He hung up on me. As a moderately priced hotel, it was fine. The problem was with the manager. When there arose a question about my billing (charging to my credit card) and I called him, he was very rude, arrogant and hung up on me. This is not professional. He should be reprimanded by Howard Johnson's corporate headquarters.

it had a nice pool and spa. it was a little old It was a nice hotel for the price and had a nice indoor pool and spa. The continental breakfast wasn't the best I ever had. It seems like it may have been a nice hotel at one time, but was a little on the old side.
