Nice room with an easy layout around the hotel. The air conditioner and heater rattled loudly making it hard to sleep. The front desk clerks need to be trained to be polite to new customers checking in.

The room was large and comfortable, very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast had a nice variety of items.

We stayed here after spending the night in another hotel, which was dirty. This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, loved the in-room internet access. Since I am in a wheelchair, we had a handicapped room, which was very accessible and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back to stay again as our daughter is in school in Conway.
