The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, even though we asked for it to be clean again it still stunk. Why why why! Both rooms we tried smelt of pee- it was the fault of the hotel, something kept oozing up. Bathroom was also very small. The room was very overpriced! Would not go back.

The beds were nice. Location. Freezing pool ,no breakfast, hard to find. The hotel was hard to find. The room was down several short flights of stairs in the basement. The pool was freezing. For this many stars there should have been breakfast.

We spent two days at this hotel. Room was OK but certainly not luxurious. Service was poor. Breakfast was a slow, rude and unpleasant experience

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Falmouth, MA. The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant was excellent steakhouse! Location was perfect, not to close but not to far from all the sights and sounds of Cape Cod and Woods Hole.

Pool was nice. Warm water. The room smelledbadly from the bathroom. There were empty beer bottles under the dresser. The room wasn't totally cleaned.

Room(s) easy to get to, great location, very clean and good size. Enjoyed using the pool - Only drawback was the lighting for reading (could have used brighter lights). Staff was extremely friendly and met every request!

Nice area, felt safe. Also, it was clean. Not 3 stars! Restaurant table within earshot of bar patrons cursing not appropriate for kids. If this hotel was a three star property, it has delusions of grandeur. It's a very basic hotel average room, clean enough, in a nice area (a bit off the main drag, which helps reduce the exterior noise) but it's two stars, at best. The hotel makes a big deal of its pillow menu and says that you can call to request a certain type of pillow. Well, we did, asking for the down pillows. We were told that there's already one of each type of pillow in the room. However, I don't think that was true. We tried looking at the labels for each pillow, they all looked the same and felt pretty much the same. Also, this hotel must attract a lot of families. Unfortunately we were placed next door to The Louds a family that does not believe in shushing its children late at night or early (6 am) in the morning. That isn't the hotel's fault, of course, but it certainly affected the quality of our stay. My biggest complaint concerns the restaurant, though. The food is not Kansas City food (I'm from there), and it was simply mediocre. In addition, the bar is not separated from the restaurant. Some businessmen were in the bar cursing up a storm as they laughed with their pals. Normally I don't care about that sort of behavior, but it made things very uncomfortable since we were traveling with a 6 year old child. We tried to keep our own conversation lively and ate as fast as we could. But honestly, don't hotel people think about things like that? Just move the bar someplace else if that's where you're going to have the restaurant. Finally, the hotel is currently doing some renovations, but that did not affect our stay.

I found all the staff who worked here, including in the restaurant, to be very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. And the location is perfect for the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Be aware, though, to leave time for the shuttle from the Ferry parking to the harbour when you make your plans. The hotel also has an indoor AND outdoor pool.

The hotel staff(except for housekeeping were extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff need work. Overall an excellent stay and would go there again if available. The desk and restaurant staff go out of their way to accommodate you in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Staff and parking lot to hotel rooms. A/C old type and very loud, add new carpet hallways. Check in staff was very polite and helpful.

The heated pool and how closely it was located to the Martha's Vineyard Ferry. No continental breakfast and was not informed about the ordering time limit for our pillows. Nice and helpful staff and would have been almost perfect with a free continental breakfast.

Restaurant was OK. Property is not well maintained. Our first room assignment was in the basement right next to the stairwell and wreaked of urine. After requesting a room change, we were shifted 2 rooms down and barely an apology. Even in an extremely slow time of year the hotel was not very appreciative to have another room occupied and definitely was not looking for repeat business.

Affordable. It is a hotel with a feel of a motel. Most of the rooms has a view of a parking lot.

Front desk staff. First room stunk smoke (smoking illegal in MA). Room and hotel poorly maintained.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was what I expected having stayed in many Holiday Inns in the past - the staff was friendly and helpful - overall, a good experience.

Clean and quiet (low-season). No lighting near the TV set table. Breakfast is not included. This hotel is near to the Main street, where dinning and grocery shopping can be done. Room is clean and has a comfortable carpet to walk on. I like best that 3 different type of pillows are provided on the bed. The pillows come in different degree of hardness, which I can choose the one I like. The room does not come with free breakfast. Wireless internet is provided. Staff is very friendly.

Clean and comfortable. This was a very clean and friendly place to stay. I would come back again.

Was reasonably close to the places we wanted to visit. Considering how empty it was, they didn't really have to give us a room on the least convenient level. So-so - nothing special, but adequate to the task. Clean, and everything worked.

Location to Falmouth. Room quality differs in parts of the hotel. Ok to stay. Clean and sufficient. No excess noise on off season.

The heating unit was loud and woke me up several times. Our stay was in the off season so we received good service. I don't know how good the service would be during the busy season. The coffee was fresh but bitter and had an acid taste. May be the heavy chlorine in the local water.
