There were 4 of us and we stayed at the Carleton Circle Motel Falmouth for one night before taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Although the room was small, there was a small common room or sitting room right outside - which my mother enjoyed because she had a place to go while the children slept. Everything was clean. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It was well-worth the money as it was a third of the price of our accommodation on Martha's Vineyard and no better or worse. The staff were super friendly. They offered a light continental breakfast of coffee and donuts/breads - which they put out too late, but it was a nice gesture. This was a horrible spring/summer for New England; it had rained about 18 of the last 21 days before our arrival - so they were not ready at all for summer, which didn't bother us since we weren't staying. But they did have a pool and playset/play area for the children.

It was easy to find. The place was very dirty. There was a kitchenette area that was just plain filthy. A very noisy refrigerator kept me awake. A strong odor permeated the air. The door and the locks were old and I did not feel secure.

The hotel was the worst hotel i have ever been to. It was dirty are room beds werent even made. The tv didnt even work. the bathrrom light didnt work. The front desk help was the worst. They couldnt even speak english. I had called travelocity about it and they refundeed me but evertime they called the front desk they said there was no managment available!

This hotel is very nice indeed! To ALL the people that were dissapointed, cut the manager some slack. New owner in process of renovation and upgrading to a higher standard. Staying here was like staying in the country side! The pool is nice and pleasant and it has a area for the kids to play. The staff is very friendly! Breakfast offered yummy bagels, muffins, fruit and coffee. In the morning this motel is very pleasant to walk aroung. It is reasonable priced and less expensive then any other falmouth motel. I would stay here anytime

I needed a quiet place to write for a couple of weeks before my daughter's wedding in Cambridge... nothing fancy. The Carleton Circle was quiet, clean and in a beautiful setting. Some of the amenities, e.g., the pool, were not in operation, and the nearest restaurant is a couple of miles away, but the family owners were most cooperative in meeting all of my needs. A best value overall.

The first thing as soon as you walk into the office you smell a terrible odor! I have two boys and the room was not safe for them,. The pool was green. The bathroom was really dirty. We drove all the way from NY and it was the worst thing ever. I didnt stay I went and found a new hotel for 6 dollars cheaper and it had an indoor pool hot tub and outdoor pool it was great i am glad i found a hotel

I arrived very early in the morning and nobody was at the front desk. I called several times and nobody answered. I called online travel website and they finally got a hold of the clerk, who was very rude and gave me a key and immediately left. I then could not find my room because the number on the key did not match any of the rooms. I then had to go through the same phone-calling process so the clerk could be woken up again and help me find the room. The lobby had a terrible odor the whole time I was there. online travel website should take this hotel off of their list. I will not stay there again.

Rooms too small, bathrooms dingy. Didnt feel like using the bathroom. No complimentary breakfast in the motel. Even the wireless internet didnt work at first. After talking to the owner, it worked after couple of hours.

Friendly, family operation concerned with our comfort. Old building needs work, new fixtures, but clean. The room had everything we needed, although the place could use some work (windows stuck open due to humidity and over painting, light carpet stains, cracked glaze in the sink & tub) - but it was clean, and what more do you really need? Staff aims to please, and you can say that they're doing all they can to make it a nice comfortable place to stay. I'd go again.

New ownership, by a young family who are putting their heart and soul into making this motel a success! The motel is old and the prior owners hadn't done any improvements for 15 years. The grounds are beautiful and the price is right for the Cape!!!! They work hard to please their guests....very friendly. Clean, comfy beds and towels......give them a chance, they are making improvements every day. We look forward to going back next summer to see all the improvements they are going to make over the winter months. ENJOY!

My family stayed at the Santuit INN. The family was in town for a family funeral. Sorry we did not stay at this hotel. They did promply reward our refund, with a $50 charge. Thanks for your help to make our trip pleasant.

The motel was old and in need of renovation. The toilet wouldn't stop running and the tub wouldn't drain. The room felt cramped. Even during the height of the season at the Cape, I think that there are better values available.

My wife and I stayed here two nights actually. Quiet location outside Falmouth center, good bed in large room. Best part was proprieter's willingness to do a load of laundry for us while the motel washer was being repaired! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent recommendations for restaurants.
