The falmouth inn was a little run down looking. The carpets all appeared that they needed to be replaced. The still allow smoking in some of there rooms so half the hotel smelled funky. The hallways seemed dark and a little dank. Our room was nice just out dated. Very clean. The bar in the lobby was funny with lots of character, they served breakfast there in the morning which was good. The best part of my stay was the hotel staff, they were all extremely helpful and friendly. Highlights of the location : beach close by (1-2 Miles), resurants with in walking distance, near center with tons of fun shops, and close to supermarkets and drug stores. The prices were unbeatle for the time of year and location. I would stay here again.

Location is convenient. Too cold, no full breakfast served and extremely limited complimentary continental breakfast. I was very disappointed. The restaurant was not available for a full serve breakfast. The hallway and restaurant were very cold and uncomfortable. I will not return to this hotel in the future.

Bedding is very old and scratchy....pillows are awful....checked out & saw maids make bed without changing sheets!!!!! Hallway rugs felt damp, rooms had musty smell.....tub drain didn't work to hold water for bath, no hair dryers in rooms......definetly would not stay again....location is the only thing good about this place....

Due to the Falmouth Road Race the runners were allowed to over stay the usual checkout time and it delayed our getting into our room by 45 inutes. But we still had to check out the next sday at the usual time. At 9:00PM the swimming pool was clean but cold! The staff was very friendly under trying curcumstances. Liked the hotel, would come back.

Location. Minimum TV stations. Had to pay for refrigerator. No iron in room.

This hotel is disgusting. The shower curtain attacks you as you try to take a shower, towels look dirty, the room and bathroom are in desparate need of renovation, the bed is as comfortable as a Flintstone's bedrock bed, and the pillows are long past due for replacement. Lighting in the hallways is very poor and the feel of the hotel is 'not secure'. The television was very small, and we had to jimmy the cable to make the television work correctly. We checked out a day early, and could not get a refund for the night we did NOT stay at the hotel. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Very unpleasant.

We had a ground level room with big windows. Although it was designated a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke and the bed was broken. Hotel is showing it's age, although it is apparent they have tried keeping it up. Very outdated decor and furniture. The second double bed had a broken frame, the beautiful big windows were bolted shut, and the designated non-smoking room reeked of smoke. There was a burn mark in the carpet where someone had left an iron. Limited cable channels that the rain played havoc with. The pool was closed. We were not directed to the door closest to our room so we had longer walk than we should have to the room.

Very accomodating and willing to do anything we asked for our workshop. We felt like we were their first priority.

room clean, faucet leaked, only a few tv channels,no ESPN,pool water green and not heated enough, long lounge chairs all outside not inside by pool, booked thru travelagent supposed to get * off stay and hotel would not give discount even though I talked to mgr xxx ,security ok, if looking for inexpensive hotel it was satisfactory but if looking for quality stay at Inn on the Square where we stayed in the past and will stay next visit.

Although the hotel is older, my girlfriends and I had a great time for little money. Everything is so close to walk to and we sang kareoke right in the hotel lounge. The rooms were basic, but clean and the staff was wonderful. We were'nt complaining. We had a ball and will be going back in June.

"Hotel is old and due updating. It has a mildew smell. On-line info indicated restaurant, lounge would be open but wasn't. Lounge was only open on weekend. TV got only a few channels and that was with lines in it. Counter employees were quite helpful though."

"Myself and three other couples went down to cape, for golfing and a good time. we had dinner in the restuarant with lovely staff, and the rooms were decent, and the staff was professional and comforting."

My husband and I stayed for 2 mights last August. The room had a gross smell (mildew??. This could have been due to the fact our toilet and/or shower leaked. So if you werre trying to use the mirror afterward you were standing in water - YUCK!! We actualy didn't spend a lot of time here (Thank God!). Location was good though. Desk staff laughed when I complained about leaking situation. That didn't sit well with me. We will probably not not give it a second chance due to this.

The rooms were filthy; the roach my wife found in the bath room looked hungry. Light bullbs did not work; the towels look like they came from the dump. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Bedding was dirty; chairs in the room were broken. We had 8 TV channels.

This place is a dump; bathrooms filthy ? roaches in rooms. Bedding dirty ? however air conditioning does work. Rooms moldy and smelly. 8 channels on TV. Pool has green water ? towels are from the revolutionary war. Staff is useless. All in all one of the worst places I?ve ever stayed.
