Just one block away is the famed open-air Lincoln Road Promenade, the popular New World Symphony and a wide array of Miami's chicest restaurants, boutiques and art galleries.

The classic white upholstery, wrought-iron railings and custom handcrafted furnishings provide a warm backdrop that allows guests to take center stage. The tranquil environment invites guests to confidently wander downstairs in pajamas and robes for breakfast or hangs out with the concierge around the front desk until the wee hours.

Influential Parisian designer Chahan Minassian conceived the soothing interiors of the Greenview in contrast to the hyper-simulative exteriors of South Beach. The location, design and decor at the Greenview are understated and oasis- like. Intimate, warm and glowing, the Greenview has become home for up-and-coming fashion photographers, models and stylists.

The 3-storey Greenview Hotel comprises a total of 43 rooms; facilities include a lift, a hairdressing salon, a restaurant and Internet access. There is an in-house laundry service to make use of and charges apply for the hotel car park.

Each of the beautifully decorated rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, tea and coffee making facilities and individually controllable air conditioning and heating. Most of the rooms only have one bed.
