The room was clean and smelled nice, great breakfast. One of the best hotels that we have stayed at in a long time. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel surpassed my expectations! Beautiful hotel with two fireplaces going and little sitting areas to kick back. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Large tiled bathroom, chocolate colors, 32" flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, guest book outlining dining, places to see and discounts and local stores. A very eco-friendly hotel with recycling receptacles and a toilet with two flushers for "liquid" and "solid" : ] The evening snacks for us were popcorn, celery/carrots with ranch, chips and salsa, nachos, soft drinks, decaf and regular coffee. We could sit and watch the news and chat in the eating area. Breakfast had lots to offer, scrambled eggs, sausages, French toast, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, hot chocolate, coffee, juices, 4 kinds of cereal, and much more. They also had a little store to buy things like popcorn, playing cards, frozen dinners, drinks, toiletries etc. indoor pool and hot tub very nice! Used the computers in the lobby to check my email. They came with a printer and was very easy to use.

It started off well enough but at 11pm the show started with domestic issues next door, three hours later, we were all able to get back to sleep after police coming, staff sharing our room number with the violent man, and the regular circus that ensued. The morning manager indicated no knowledge any of this had happened, refused to make any type of compensation for the horrible service due to the reservation being made on travel website. The staff handled the situation very poorly, putting customers at unnecessary risk. The situation should have been resolved within 15 minutes but incompetency erased our sleeping hours from 11 pm to 2 am.

Rooms and bedding were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Hot tub was in open area with pool. I would stay at Dury Hotel again. It was a good experience.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Drury very much. beds were comfy, rooms had all the necessities my family like to have while on vacation (micro.,fridge, iron, blow dryer, and a nice flat screen tv in the room). We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The Drury has a lot of extras we enjoyed also. (Free breakfast and not of the continental type, business area with internet access, and just an all around nice place to stay. I will definately stay there again.

In Flagstaff often to beat the summer heat. This is my new favorite place. On the northern-most end of NAU, makes for nice outdoor strolls around the beautiful campus. Short drive...or could also walk...to downtown. Easy to find...up Milton, right on Butler and there it is. Brand new, so the everything is clean. Seven floors...upper floors offer nice views. Didn't here any trains. Lots of people there with dogs, if that's a need. I've had better full breakfasts, but this was still good. (Plus if breakfast is really that big a deal, I'll walk to downtown.) Has a parking garage with a 2nd-floor walkway to the hotel. Good place to have your car, but it's a longer walk than most hotels, so try to carry everything in one trip. Great value, I thought. This will be where I look first from now on.

The beds were extremely comfortable. We liked the door between the two rooms, nice divider. The breakfast was such a disappointment. Waffle iron was broken, eggs were runny, no fresh fruit, ran out of yogurt. We stayed with 4 teens in this hotel and everyone was comfortable. The rooms were large, there were 2 TV's, the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, especially after staying in Embassy Suites. The terrace was a small balcony off the bedroom.

This place was great. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was complete, and availability of snacks and drinks all day long was helpful. Their reception was wonderful, as well, including both free drinks and vegetable dippers, as well as more typical snacks. Garage parking was helpful, as well, for those of us who travel in the colder months. My only complaints are fairly nitpicky: although their fitness room had a great selection of aerobic machines, it had no weights or mats to do floor exercises. And their swimming pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot.

FOOD: There were free drinks and popcorn, chips and salsa when we arrived! There was a fantastic free breakfast buffet Sunday morning. The POOL was clean and warm enough. The ROOM was a little too small for a wheelchair, because we were constantly moving it for the others to be able to get around. it was clean and I loved the large multiple pillows, along with a nice sized FLAT SCREEN TV.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, conveniently located in middle of town. Close to railroad tracks. Large, clean, and well designed lobby and registration area. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well appointed with flat screen TV, microwaves and refrigerators and are kept clean. And I was particularly impressed with the continental breakfast (free) which was kept continuously stocked with fresh hot food and plenty of choices.

I stayed here not long after they opened. I could hear people walking in the hallways and talking to each other as well as guests in the next room. Bed was comfortable, but the "recliner" was not. Stayed in a suite, but it was smaller than I expected. Heard minimal train noise during the day, but not at all during the night. The breakfast area was adequate and food was good. The price was a little more that I thought it should've been. Probably to make up for the evening alcoholic beverages. Hotel staff was polite and professional. Would stay again once rates go down a little.

JD POWER AWARD NOT JUSTIFIED! Was awaken by guest talking on her cell phone at 11:30 PM. Could hear her conversation. Lack of sound proofing is a major issue. Contacted the front desk and asked to help. No apologies. The bathroom door has not lock! (I found out that this is the case for the entire hotel - It just opened this year!) There is no fan in the bathroom! Some front desk agents are friendly and helpful some are not - indifferent - cold. The place lacks warmth.

The location was excellent as was provided service and local knowledge. Our intent was to visit our daughter at NAU. Perfect!, no problem choice. Our purpose was a no stress environment to enable us to focus on the needs of our daughter who is attending NAU. During our three day stay we did not see an option that would have worked nearly as well. We intend to be back often during for our daughters college years. We know what to expect; no trouble at the hotel.

A balcony should not be called a terrace.
