The Craigatin House & Courtyard is set back in private wooded grounds in the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry, Scotland. This early Victorian house has now been transformed into a boutique bed & breakfast and is a short walking distance from all Pitlochry restaurants and attractions.

The individually designed spacious deluxe rooms at the Craigatin House & Courtyard have comfortable six foot wide beds with stylish fabrics and furnishings. All rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access, large LCD TV’s, Freeview and DVD players.

The luxury suite is equipped with espresso coffee machine, ipod docking station, two large LCD TV’s and DVD player.

Breakfast is served in the Craigatin House & Courtyard's brand new contemporary dining room, where guests will find the guest lounge, all centred around our large and welcoming log burning stove. The Craigatin House & Courtyard also provides private parking.

We have a number of hot and cold breakfast options for guests to enjoy from our breakfast menu.

We serve Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 9:30 am then Saturday & Sunday at 8:00 to 10:00am. Breakfast cost is included in our main tariff.

In 2010 we added a new dining room building. Between November 2010 and January 2011, ten bedrooms were fully re-decorated, seven rooms have had new carpets fitted, six rooms have had new bed mattresses installed.

There is Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Pitlochry Dam & Fish Ladder, Edradour Whisky, Distillery, Blair Athol Whisky Distillery, Blair Castle & Grounds, many walks and cycle paths, and all of Pitlochry's bars and restaurants are a short stroll away.
