Great location with most staff very friendly. I had a long stay and found the TV had no sound, curtains let in too much street light, very noisy with street sounds til 4am most nights, air conditioning very loud and stuffy, room service was only adequate and in 1 week had 1 change of linen with no vacuuming done. Apart from that it was satisfactory and reasonable for the price. Unsure if i'd stay there again.

Great location. 5 mins walk to Chinatown & Paddy's market. Muslim food about 10mins walk from hotel. Very close to Darling Harbour.

Can't get any more central to all city venues and events. Room's comfortable and very, very quiet for its location. Would have liked fluffier illows but for the cost, its a good hotel.

A neat, clean, well-run hotel which is adjacent to the Capitol Theatre and within easy walking distance of Central Station, Darling Harbour, Haymarket and George Street. Don't be put off by the small frontage at street level. It broadens out upstairs and we found the facilities, including those for breakfast dining, to be adequate.

Very close to Darling Harbour, Paddy's market and China Town. Great part of Sydney and a pretty good motel with all I needed for my stay. Service was excellent and staff were very helpful even when they were very busy at checkout.

Not enough reception staff. 1 overworked female. Very basic room. Filthy windows. Most uncomfortable pillows/so thin. Need to be replaced. Terrible toiletries...wall mounted dispensers. Unwatchable television reception. Stale coffee sachets. Only reason for staying here was because I was attending "Guys and Dolls" next door. Would not book a return visit.

Would only recommend for a one night stay. Was certainly quieter than I thought considering its location. Very central for the Entertainment Centre, Darling Harbour, Chiinatown, George St cinemas and obviously the Capitol theatre. Unfortunately, there was no hot water either Friday night or Saturday morning due to a boiler problem.

I always stay at this particular hotel in Sydney. The price is always good and the location is excellent. It's quiet and so convenient to the station and buses. The staff are unfailingly helpful. I recommend it to my friends.

The rooms were good and comfortable with the best of HOT showers. Reception courteous and helpful. The only thing of concern was that we had 3 males in the room and the 3rd bed ,a rollout , called for more springs to replace those missing to make the bed more comfortable.

In Chinatown, close to Central Station and Darling Harbour. We were able to walk to all areas including Circular Quay and Opera House. Room was fairly quiet as they had double glazing on windows. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size was not big but adequate.

From the time we arrived the service was excellant. The reception was very friendly ,help us with directions and how to get around. We got a late check out ,and we loved being able to have a window open. It was very good all around. I would stay there again and have recommendede it to alot of people already.

This Hotel has a wonderful location being close to the Theatre and Chinatown but it is above a pub with a very loud band and cliental that reverberated into my room until close.
