Located on the Glenelg beachfront, the Glenelg Foreshore Playspace & Coastal Reserve is an enormous playground featuring a sandpit, aquatic play area, climbing walls, slides and trampolines. Tusmore Park is about 10 minutes’ drive outside the Adelaide CBD. It’s a popular spot for families with young children (aged between three and six years old), thanks to its shaded wading pool that’s only 30 centimetres deep. There’s also a playground designed for toddlers with a climbing frame, swings and a small slide. Add to this a barbecue, picnic areas and toilets and you can really make an afternoon out of it.
