preloadThe Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Atlantic City boardwalk hotels may be known for their high-rolling casinos. But there’s much more on the cards for those who hit up the resorts along this historic strip. Built in 1870 (we hear) to keep sandy feet out of the town’s swisher establishments, AC’s boardwalk is the neon-soaked center of Jersey beach life. Think we’re bluffing? Sip on equatorial slushies at The Quarter, a Havana-themed restaurant and bar strip. Savor the sweet smack of saltwater taffy at an old-timey store. Or be bungee-flung 225 feet into the air at the Steel Pier amusement park. The Atlantic City boardwalk will leave you feeling flushed.
