Getting around

You can reach Chiang Khan by bus from Loei or Bangkok. If arriving by plane, shuttles provide hotel transportation from Loei Airport. Chiang Khan is easily explored by foot, with most shops, restaurants and guesthouses found on Chaikhong Road. For attractions further afield, consider hiring a tuk-tuk.
