Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa (Sg Clean) Resort

The property was astounding and the benefit was extraordinary. We had booked all-encompassing ocean see room which was roomy and well named. Bed was truly comfy, parts of bottled water accessible. I indeed got a cake for my birthday - much acknowledged. We arrived late but check in was fast and effective. Since we hadn't had time to have tea, we arrange room benefit, a club sandwich which we shared since it was tremendous! The breakfast buffet was astonishing, bounty of choices both Western, Indian & Asian, they indeed had hot pooches accessible! We have let all our companions and family know, in case you remain on Sentosa, Shangri-La is the put for you. Can’t hold up to go back.

The staff were greatly accommodating, pleasing, and wonderful. We too preferred the superb changed pool offices for children. The pool was so much fun with sliders, kids area and Jacuzzi as well. We too acknowledged the rooms being near to the pool range so it was simple to go back to our room when the small ones required a fast break. Rooms were generous in size and well maintained. Food choices were amazing. Something special for the children at every meal. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable.

Excellent stay and excellent hospitality. We also liked the wonderful varied pool facilities for children. We also appreciated the rooms being close to the pool area so it was easy to go back to our room when the little ones needed a quick break. The room was clean and comfortable. We love that there are free drinks at the mini bar, free chocolate Friendly Reception staff assist us during our check-in & check-out. We will definitely come back.

We spent a lot of time at the pool and it did not feel too crowded. I must say their life guards are very pro active in calling out anyone who could be doing something dangerous or not attentive to young kids. There’s always something going on around the hotel be it pool activities or at the kids club. Service was really good all round except in F&B where it felt like they were understaffed. Buffet breakfast had a wide spread and got to love the kids corner where items were placed at the height for kids to help themselves. There was also a baby corner available. Room was clean and comfortable. My only gripe was that brown water was leaking into the bathtub from the faucet so we skipped using the tub. Overall, will return again!
