    Nice Stay

    The service, check-in, executive lounge, room cleaning, breakfast and so on from the taxi is great. Children will have a small welcome gift (small squirrel puppet, haha) adults are checking in with juice, the Executive Lounge is available 24 hours a day, not afraid of hungry, breakfast style is very diverse, dazzling. Before you stay at the hotel, you can write a message about the baby bath and family birthday to help celebrate the birthday. The hotel will reply soon! After the check-in, give a cake for us to celebrate the family. The cake is delicious! It will be reminiscent now. Although the hotel is on the Orchard Road, the department is at the end. There is still a distance from the lively area to make the taxi fast and cheap. Don't even think that you have to take the subway because there is a distance.

    Relaxing Stay

    The views from our room & relax was fair lovely. The breakfast Buffet choices are various. The lodging itself contains a feel great climate. But the foremost imperative of all, is its’ staff. Everybody was accommodating & kind. In general I exceptionally much delighted in my remain. Rooms were comfortable with incredible bed, bathroom and in room facilities. The staff were accommodating and neighborly in an awfully conscious way. I highly recommended this hotel to my family and friends. Thank a lot!

    Beautiful Hotel!

    While this beautiful hotel has had a make over, it was the incredible level of customer service that really made our trip so memorable. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Bell Captain, VJ and Cory in Customer Service who, along with all the other staff, went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. A special mention should also go to Janice and Pruneet in the Horizons Club who also made sure that no request was too much trouble. The hotels luxurious new interior compliments the beautiful gardens that surround the hotel. I have stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Singapore and none have the feeling of space and tranquility that is afforded at the Shangri-La. The pool area is large enough to accommodate plenty of guests without the worry of getting in someone’s way like so many of the other hotels.
