Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore Hotel

This place is amazing for families I cannot get over how the family room is so fun for the kids with the tree house bed and the colors, every detail was thought of all the kids amenities are provided with some organic products, bathrobes and slippers even a fold able baby bath tub! There is a splash pad, soft play area, kitchen for cooking activities. The breakfast was lovely with so many options. Beautiful grounds as well. Love this hotel!

Very good. we enjoyed the room very much, layout was great for a family with a child. Although cleanliness is something that can be improved, as some days the the area behind the window settee gets neglected, and some corners as well. Dining options also should be looked into, availed of the Thursday Buffet at the Line (8pax), and although we came an hour prior to the end of service, for the price of 118++ SGD, you expect better quality. This was the only disappointing aspect of our stay, as I was really looking forward to this night, as my expectations were based on my very first trip to Singapore 12 years ago, and dinner at The Line was the most memorable. Sadly, other hotel buffets have overtaken The Line’s promise of a good meal.

The location is very convenient to go to orchard. I could actually casually walked there. Staff were so helpful and accommodating our stay was excellent. Check in and check out excellent. Due to high booking frequency, we had to check-in late, but they kindly offered the late check-out to compensate the time. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens which which added to our enjoyment. The orchid house is beautiful. Highly recommend booking club room because the lounge has a fantastic view. Buffet breakfast was delightful. Shangri-La Singapore is a beautiful, comfortable, inviting hotel, I enjoyed every minute of my stay. We would definitely recommend the Shangri-La to other travelers.

This hotel is situated out near the shopping area of Orchard Road. It is a very big hotel with three towers situated around a central lobby, restaurant/bar area. We stayed in the Garden Wing, which has a beautiful central area which is like a tropical forest with a walkway running through it down to the pool area. Our room was large and well equipped with a balcony overlooking the very impressive pool. The hotel is just 30 minutes away by taxi from the airport and stone throw away from the shopping belt. Breakfast is taken in The Line buffet restaurant, where guests from all three towers converge. They pride themselves on the great selection on offer but I would rather have had fewer items done well. There is only one omelette station for the whole place which makes the waiting long.

Stayed in a Valley Wing Room for three nights prior to embarking on a cruise. What a superb start to a vacation. We were met at the airport and whisked into a separate wing of the hotel where we were checked into the hotel in our room by Nora, the Valley Wing Client Services Manager. Thanks to Nora we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The hotel is fabulous throughout however the Valley Wing is extra special. An exceptional sanctuary within which to relax and feel special. The staff in the Valley Wing work extremely hard to meet your every need and their attention to detail is first rate. Breakfast in the dining room in the Valley Wing and evening canapes and drinks in the Champagne bar there was perfect. Special mention to Hari who really is an asset in the wing, giving exceptional service. We did encounter a small problem with a member of staff one day, however when I made mention of it the whole matter was dealt with in an impressive way, in my opinion. It demonstrated to me an exemplary management style. Thank you to everyone involved. We cannot wait to return to this exceptional hotel in the future. Highly recommended.

If there's one you can say about the Shangri-La chain of the hotels is that they never fail to impress and Shangri-La Singapore is no different. The impressive lobby takes your breath away as soon as you step into the hotel. The Pool and gardens are just beautiful and what I loved is despite being in the middle of a fast paced busy city you feel like your on a island resort. I stayed at the newly refurbished Tower Wing but had the opportunity to look at the rooms in the Garden and Valley Wings, all 3 are very different in their own way but you won't be disappointed whichever one you choose. Great Hotel, Great facilities, Great service you won't be disappointed.

If I loved our experience in Shangri-la Philippines, I most definitely enjoyed our stay here as well. My partner was here for business so I was left alone most of the time. Food is great (as always!), rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff, well-groomed, polite and friendly. They certainly lived up to our expectations. I can't think of anything else rather than keep doing what you're doing because it'll always get your customers to keep coming back for business!
