Fantastic location on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. Great rooms, fantastic beds, very friendly, splendid breakfast buffet and nice service oriented staff. The hotel in Edinburgh you want to stay, you don't need more than this! We were blown away ! , wonderful hotel , awesome location and the friendliest staff :) Lain and Shirley from South Africa. The concierge, Kevin, was incredible. He did the impossible for us and would stay again just so he could assist us. The staff was excellent!! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. They even had a pillow menu.The location was the best you could have. Great pubs and restaurants within walking distance as well as Palace and castle. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. It was all perfect with an utmost friendly staff.
