The room was very run down and old. worst room I have ever stayed in. The toilet seat was the oldest I have ever see in a hotel room. None of us had a shower and waited to do so when we got home the next day. Thank god we were only there for a night. On check out usually you are asked how was your stay. This was not asked. I actually said to the lady, do you accept feedback. I told her the above and more and she apologised saying the hotel was under renovation and our floor (6th and below) hadn’t been done yet. This should have been advised at check in and I would have been happy to pay extra for a decent room. To add insult there was a 1.3% surcharge to use a credit card to pay for the room.
