space, beach and location excellent staff overall ok for Vietnam standards. could do with improvement housekeeping a bit shoddy. had to call many times as they forgot to bring water and other items they never cleared the hair from the shower drain. it’s under the shower bench so I didn’t notice until the last day. dining is so so. best to the Pullman next door for better food
