    Need Upgrade

    The hotel is very grand and looks quite special. The staff were great and happy to help with any enquiries you had and recommendations to make your visit to Boston one to remember. Once you go upstairs to your room, the quality of the hotel drops. The rooms are quite small and outdated. The bathrooms are ridiculously big, so they could easily take a little space off this to add more bedroom space. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and also had shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer etc. For WiFi you need to become a select member or you are charged $9.99, this is easy to do and can be done in the lobby. It also entitles you to a free coffee or tea each morning for free, nothing if you don’t drink either though!

    Unbeatable location

    This hotel is in the heart of Boston, just a 3 minutes walk from the Freedom Trail. It's a great way to experience Boston as everything is so close. Rooms are spacious and clean, food was excellent, staff was friendly. It has historic value and classy atmosphere, so it's a special feeling staying in this hotel. You shouldn't miss Boston Cream Pie, which originated from this hotel exactly! Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. Great experience.
