Intially the room looked nice and we were very tired and hungry. I couldn't find a tv channel guide. Called front desk and was told they changed providers about a month ago and no tv channel guides yet. Called pizza place listed on key card. Gave them address and room number. Pizza place called an hour later said they delivered to different location. I called pizza place 30 minutes later to ask about my pizza. I was told that the number that I called didn't deliver to my location. I canceled my order and got money back. Called the front desk about number on key card and was told that the number on key card wasn't for the location I was at. Sorry. Front desk told me they had those key cards for about a month and I was the first person that had complained about the wrong number on it. Front desk did tell me about coupons down at front desk for a different place. Went to the bathroom and there was a dirty washcoth on the shower rod. Took a picture of it. Went to front desk to get coupons and show pictures of washcloth. Told sorry again. Nothing else was done. It had been raining for several hours. Outside the lobby doors there was a big water puddle. No wet floor sign or mop bucket visible. Front desk told me that happens every time it rains. Very noisy for awhile around midnight. The next morning when we left, there was still a water puddle outside the lobby doors, even though it had stopped raining awhile earlier. There was a wet floor sign, but not anywhere near the puddle.
