This hotel was both dazzling and exquisite. The rooms are settled around an excellent patio with dazzling landscaping. Within the morning, you'll be able to listen to the birds whereas having your morning coffee on the open deck. Our butler, Nicole was one of a kind. She was so mindful, and continuously expected what we would like. She was moreover exceptionally honest to goodness and kind and continuously made us feel comfortable. Everything around this hotel is brilliant - the spa was exceptionally great, the room amazingly comfortable, the beds marvelous and the food scrumptious. A definite must while in Chiang Mai. It was a perfect getaway for us and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Chiang Mai.

Our stay at Pillars was amazing. We stayed in room 12. East Borneo suite. Looks exactly like the website. Actually better. My partner was surprise when we walked in. Just beautiful. With a stunning balcony overlooking lush gardens. It felt like we were the only people there. Perfect for romance. Easy to find and in an area close to night markets and nightlife but far enough for ultra privacy. The staff are amazing we were welcomed and checked in by the lovely Jane who showered us around. Greg was kind and welcoming in the Spa. Air gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. Simply divine. Try for yourself. Room service was fast and tasty. Did I mention that you get a free mini bar. I kid you not. You do. Pillars was just amazing last but not least. The door boys including Tum were amazing. I really did not want to leave. Try the spa, happy hour and afternoon tea. Get some romance and style, stay here. I will be back. Thank you to all Pillars staff you made us feel like loyalty.

    The Most Incredible Experience

137 Pillars House is one of those rare and wonderful establishments that gets everything right. The grounds, facilities, and rooms are exquisite restaurants and bar exceptional and the service is refined, warm, and ever-attentive. We recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights, utilizing the breakfast service, happy hour, pool, fitness center, and dining in their Thai restaurant they also have a Western restaurant. Our room was a large suite, with king bed, large walk-in closet, Victorian tub, indoor shower, private outdoor shower, and large outdoor sitting area. The appointments were elegant, clean, and exceedingly comfortable. The pool area features a towering green wall an enormous vertical structure completely covered with live plants, creating an incredible sense of serenity; great for sunbathing or a relaxing swim. But perhaps the most enjoyable aspect of this fine hotel is the quality of service. From the moment one arrives, every effort is made to ensure comfort, ease, and that all needs are met. They assign you a private butler! ours was named Pui, and she was a marvel. If you are slightly intimidated by the idea of having a butler we were at first set that aside. Within moments Pui made us feel very much at ease, entering her cell number into our phone, and imploring us to let her know of any question or need we might have. We benefited repeatedly by her services she helped us with restaurant ideas, directions to shopping and the Night Market, questions about our room, and even set up a Thai haircut appointment for us. When one is in an unfamiliar place particularly a city that feels pretty foreign to Americans new to Thailand such a service is truly invaluable. We don't know how many other guests she was serving, but she made us feel that we were her only concern during our visit. Pui is simply the best. As is this wonderful hotel. We can't recommend it highly enough.
