what we thought......our room was on the second floor with a lovely view of the beach and the Atlantic - room itself was a little dated but didn't matter for us as we were out all day and only really used it for sleeping. Did get stuck in the lift (but was resolved quite quickly) on the second day so walked up and down the stairs for the rest of the time which was no problem for us. Breakfasts were outstanding and cooked to order and lots of choices - staff very good and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Good location for exploring the surrounding area.

Location was wonderful, particularly as we had a sea facing room. The room was comfortable and clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was huge and the staff were constantly topping up tea and coffee and bread. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly stay at The White Sands again.
