Grand Hotel Tralee-reviewEven though we were only there for one night but having stayed there last year also, the standard of customer service, frendliness of staff and standard of accomodation/food was second to none and value for money. I wouldn't hestiate to recommend the place........The only concern was all the stairs, we were on the third floor so mightn't suit all i.e those with kids, wheelchairs or loads of luggage, ...didn't see an elevator but could be wrong??

friendly staff pleasant surroundings, the room was very comfortable and right in the heart of tralee, alas i was there on business and didnt really get to sample much of the night life but the hotel is ideally situated and great value for money

The room was small and dark. There was deafening noise coming from the bar or disco down stairs. The hotel had no parking.

not a bad hotel good central location but hotel car park is small and therefore was full when we got there, asked for non smoking room but when we got there we found a machine in our room to remove smell of smoke , it did work. but why not give what was asked for, room was clean and bathroom was a good size , no bad comments really . enjoy!
