Hotel was great, clean, modern, loved the kitchen and bathroom, great internet acess - the only drawback was my fault - I thought it had a hot tub, but it didn't. Staff friendly and helpful.

The quality of the room, the comfort of the beds, the awesome amenities. Nothing. I would find it hard to believe that anyone would not find comfort and necessities at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, whether it be for business or pleasure.

My daughter and I just stayed overnight and it was very nice and clean. Nicely decorated. Kitchen very well equiped, had a dishwasher, stovetop and a studio apartment size refrigerator. Would stay again if I needed to stay again in the area. Don't be fooled by the promise of breakfast. It was a continental breakfast, small and the food they put out was poor. Other than that we had an great time

Went to visit family and chose this hotel as it was close to two of the family members. The location was convienent to others in the family as well. The room which we stayed was well appointed with more than what we needed for our stay. The kitchen area included a cook top, microwave, assortment of dishes and pans as well as refridge which was convienent for keeping cold items during our stay.

I was very impressed with the upscale furnishings, appliances, decor and cleanliness. The pool is a bit small & there is no hot tub. My kids were blown away the moment I opened the door to our room. The overall appearance was upscale & modern and everything was spotless. Our room & kitchenette were well-appointed for our needs. We would definitely stay at this property again, if the rate continues to be a great value.

Recently went there with a tour group. It's no five star hotel but it is clean and quiet and has everything we need. The staff catered to everything we asked for and my friends and I had a great time surfing in the lobby and chatting up the bartender. Overall a pleasurable stay.

We've stayed there many times now and have had a great experience every time. The staff is nice enough, the rooms are always clean, and it's generally quiet.

Before we booked our room we called the hotel to get a verbal description of the room. The person we spoke to got it all wrong. I only booked the room because what he described was exactly what I needed, when we got to the hotel the room was totally not what we needed or wanted. We were stuck with trying to make it work. Kinda ruined the weekend.

I actually live in Kalamazoo, and I am very familar with the available hotels in the area. My young sons and I stayed here on a Friday night so that my wife could study for a Saturday Exam. The hotel is brand-new, so it feels very up-to-date compared to most other hotels. Of course, Marriott Hotels are non-smoking, which is great. (I wish more hotels were this way - they would definately get my business if they were.) The room was very comfortable, and I believe it had a 32" LCD TV, which is awesome. The room had a really cool built-in desk and work area. So, while the kids watched TV, I was able to check my e-mail, and such. Free Internet also - Sure beats having to pay $9.95 a day, like some hotels. But, the best thing about our stay was probably the staff, which consisted of one young lady who checked us in, sold us some snacks, and even gave my kids toys from the hotel "toy chest". Very Cool - We will definately stay again if we get the chance.
