Very limited dinner and wine menu. Breakfast was a zoo due to the tourist groups - the restaurant didnt appear to cope well with them

The hotel is in serious need of a makeover, but is otherwise clean and comfortable although air conditioning in the room would have been helpful. The dinner service was average, but the breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel seems geared mainly for large groups. Check-in and bar service friendly and efficient.

Have stayed here before in the newer block of rooms and had a great stay. This time was terrible, the cleaners were very noisy waking us up at 5am in the morning yelling and dragging trollies up and down outside our room. Also was no A/C so room was very hot and stuffy as visit was during summer. Don't think i would stay here again.

Well located for easy access from all major access roads into Rotorua. Rooms very well appointed and equipped. Lakeside views very pleasant to observe from balcony.

Overall our stay at Sudima was very pleasant, the room was very nice and the beds excellent. The pool and private spa pools were a very big hit with us and the staff at reception very accomadating and polite. The only downside to our stay was that our booking was for 4 people yet the room had only been set up for 2 i.e. towels, glasses and cups.

Really impressed with the presentation of the rooms. The room was exactly the same as the photos online. The service was good but the receptionist talked quiet fast and seemed to be rolling through the motions

We stayed in a 'superior' quality room. The room was very tidy and as displayed on the website, however we did feel that given the age of the building that the bathroom was tired and perhaps not of a 'superior' quality. Otherwise, staff and facilities were very good. I would suggest booking a standard suite as I do not believe the difference between the two would be great.

Good facilities and location, room good, spa and pool good, however while some staff helpful others less than optimal. Parking didn't appear greatly secure as parked some distance from room and no camera monitoring seen however did see some security staff walking around.
