I have stayed here twice now & it's proximity to the Polynesian Spa makes it my first choice. The restaurant is excellent and the rooms are very comfy.

Excellet modern hotel right in the heart of Rotorua, excellent parking and close to all the places of interest, hotel breakfast was plentiful and good value. will definately stay here again and highly recomend.

This has to be the best hotel in Rotorua for using the Polynesian Spa, it's less than five minutes walk, and the restaurant and bar are superb, and service was excellent. A brilliant New Years break to start the year.

Special recognition to the hostess seating everyone in the breakfast buffet, the situation was quite overwhelming when we were there due to numerous tour groups and many families on spring break all arriving at the same time for breakfast. She was very efficient and kept her cool trying to get tables cleared and everyone seated, and she effectively got the manager and others out to get things moving as for a while she was stuck doing it all herself.
