We picked this hotel for a wedding we were attending. The location worked great being right by the interstate, but not so close that traffic was an issue. Room was very nice and we ended up having an extra body stay with us on the sofa bed. No complaints on that bed either!

Not busy. Very pretty. Fridge did not work. The hotel was beautiful and not crowded. I loved being able to use the pool and hot tub without a ton of people. The problem was when our fridge did not work and I told them I had food that was spoiling. They told us they would have offered a discount but since we already saved money using Priceline. Just because I was smarter about my money does not mean I do not deserve the same amenities and services as the people who chose to pay full price.

The hotel is nice, but the breakfast was a dissapointment. Eggs were cold (found a bug in them). Hotel staff allowed guests to eat with bare feet, it was definately slummy for a nicer hotel.

We took two adjoining rooms after a 700-mile drive, and they were almost perfect. The rooms were large and clean with big flat-screen TVs. The chair and sofa were firm, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful & polite, even offering to extend the FREE OPEN BAR in the lobby because we showed up just as it was closing. The wired & wireless Internet was faster than most hotels. The little shop next to the front desk sold various frozen foods, so I didn't even need to go out when I needed a late dinner. Breakfast was very good. The one slight ding is the mattress: like most hotels, it's too soft for people with back trouble. We are sold on the Springhill Suites chain, and we will use them again whenever we travel.

Cleanliness, friendly staff. Noise coming from hallway and location. Overall it's very nice hotel given the price and services, including hot breakfast and gourmet coffee. Free internet access from lobby was good, but in-room internet was not free.

This is a lovely place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were great - spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The pool area was nice as well - clean and plenty of towels. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the young lady keeping it stocked did a great job accomodating the crowd there was. It was a very nice stay after several hours on the road - I highly recommend Springhill:-)

Cleanliness and quality/price. I did not find fault with any of our experience. Good location; quiet; clean; decent breakfast; room was set up more as a suite though it really wasn't a suite.

Clean, and updated hotel. Bed pills were not that comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Best hotel in Terre Haute. Big flat screen TV. Bring your game machine! Pool was pretty small. I was surprised to get this hotel, or any for that matter, in Terre Haute during the state chess tournament. The room is laid out like no other I've seen. Very nice. It had a large flat screen TV also. We had a King room but even with the hide-a-bed out, we still had room for a queen blow-up bed on the floor and could get around it. The thermostat had a setting to keep the fan on which is really nice. However it still used a wall AC-heater but it did just fine.

Quick check-in. Loud staff outside of room sharing personal stories, interferred with my sleep. The hotel was located in an odd place, back behind another. The check-in was quick. The staff at night were very loud outside of my room which led me to come out twice to relay to them to kindly quite down or converse elsewhere to discuss.

Excellent hot breakfast & amenities. Seems new, very clean, wonderful amenities such as a nice pool area with jacuzzi, an exercise room and each morning a great hot breakfast buffet! Excellent/Friendly Staff. It was awesome!

The hotel is fairly new, so carpet, etc. was in excellent condition. There was a free happy hour that went to 7:00 - very nice. Located just off I70 about 5 miles from downtown Terre Haute, the hotel is surrounded by about 8 or 10 chain eateries and within walking distance of the local shopping mall. It is far enough of the highway to eliminate car/truck noise. The staff was friendly and well trained. The free breakfast was hearty, a step up from most breakfast buffets. In all, a real pleasant place to stay.

The room was very nice and very clean and the breakfast was good. Everything was very nice. The room had a kitchenett area that was really nice. It was just a really good overall experience.

The kitchenette area offers paper plates and silverware. The view of the neighbors yard out the room windows at the back of the hotel.

New and very clean; free hot breakfast. This newer hotel was very nice, with modern furnishings and a large flat screen TV. Roomy bathroom with excellent shower. The pool area was also nicely kept. Plenty of seating for the free breakfast. Quiet and smoke free!
