Free breakfast. Air conditioner kick on and off too much and window rattled. Definitely a nice hotel all around.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Free breakfast and coffee all the time. We loved our stay. The only thing was they should put more shampoo in the room for 4 people. Besides everything was perfect.... Would say again.

Just checked out this morning. Basically a brand new hotel. Excellent location, right across the street from the Millcreek Mall complex as well as right next to the I-79 for traveling to Grove City Prime Outlets (approx 1 hour away). Breakfast was free with the room, nothing extravagant but sufficient. Nice 32" LG flat screen in the room. There was an unusual amount of noise during overnight hours - snow clearing equipment, and other miscellaneous noises (yes all 3 nights). Not the greatest for a peaceful night sleep. The pool was o.k., but COLD. Staff were kind and friendly. All in all, the hotel was nice but the noises (perhaps just from where our room was located) will probably stop us from booking there on our next trip to Erie. The shopping, however, was amazing!

Very clean and great service. A bit far off the main highway. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and well laid out. They also have a nice hot breakfast.

we've been staying in Hampton Inns and Holiday Inns Express on this trip. The Springhill was far superior in all aspects - real hi-speed internet, large room, a full workout facility, great staff

Everything was very clean and displayed fruit baskets around the lobby. Bath tub did not have a mat or something; it was slippery. This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Only negative is that there wasn't a sign to tell you where to turn off the interchange road to turn into it. If coming from the 79 its on the right, if coming from interchange rd take a left into it before going over 79. It is part of a new development with not much around it. Its tucked back behind risen earth berm, on the top of the hill, overlooks 79, and not visible from where you enter. Take a turn into the developing plaza which is a T intersection as you enter, you face the earth berm. We had no problems checking in at 11pm, suitcase carts help. Pool hours 6am-11pm with fun music playing, L shaped pool allowed our young family to be in the shallow end without interfering with lap swimmer. 24HR Fitness center has small window that you could keep an eye on older swimmers. The foyer serves an amazing breakfast of scrambled eggs, pour your own waffles in addition to the continental typicals, and has a fireplace. Deduct the price of your family having breakfast at a restaurant in considering the price of the hotel. The decor is modern--but unprentious and finally a place visually appealing and relaxing without the busy country patterns. The hotel layout isolates us well from neighbors. Layout: door opens and you don't see the beds and feel like your checking into a bedroom, but rather a small getaway. You face a small kitchen sink with a coffee maker on its granite surface with cupboards above and below. Cupboards above contain a microwave and storage if you wish to have a pantry, below in the cupbd is a minifridge with addtl storage. To the left of this is a switch to turn on a lamp. There is a loveseat, chair, two floor lamps, and coffee table that splits in the middle which can be repositioned. Above the loveseat are two ledges with artwork on them. The desk and chair are in the same area with internet hook ups. A small stand is in the walkway to the beds and has a large LCD that can be spun towards the LR, could spin a little further as half of those in that

The room we stayed in was very comfortable with all the facilities we were looking for. Sound was clearly heard when people were talking in the lobby or anywhere else. Walls are not soundproof. Everything at the hotel was pretty good. The only complaint we had is regarding sound audible from other rooms and lobby area. Restroom wasn't equipped with bathtub. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Beautiful lobby area. We were only able to stay one night! Beautifully appointed lobby area, full breakfast, spacious suite, fine exercise area and pool.

It was close to all of the attractions we were interested in. We were unable to use the pool because of some soccer tournament that was in town. It was like we were stuck in Romper Room. We went down to the pool and there were about 20 or 30 kids (under the age of thirteen) in the pool, with very little supervision, screaming their heads off. Then they decided that running up and down the halls and the stairs was the thing to do after the pool was closed. So needless to say the night wasn't as relaxing as it should have been. We really wanted to use the pool but were told that it closed at 11:00 pm and those kids were there till close. We as adults should have been able to use the pool even after 11:00pm.

At 2am in the night, the attendant was nice to provide milk for my 1 year old daughter. Very good place. They had some HD channels. Very good for the price. Only used the room not the pool but looked like the pool was very good also. Room had microwave, refrigerator etc at no additional cost.
