The hotel was new and for the most part clean, also the location was ideal for our visit. The beds were not firm enough for our taste, also the heating system was hard to figure between heat & AC.

The Fairfield was conveniently located to the beach, the casino, the wine country, and the marine museum -- our four targets for a short stay. It is also in a large mall with many moderate family restuarants, if those fit your needs. It was comfortable and clean, with a free breakfast, including the trademark Marriott do-it-yourself waffles.

Beds were comfortable - facilities overall were pretty good. there weren't any VCR's or DVD players in the rooms. We had to use pay per view only.

First we arrived, we were greeted by a very rude and load girl at the front desk. I said I had reservations and she started to check us in asking for the c.c i used to hold the room, i said i want to pay cash and sh said thats not the point sir we have to charge you this * fee incase you smoke in the room(this is the only hotel in america that does this, so finally we get to the room which i might add looked as if it had not been cleaned, the trash cans had trash in them and the beds looked as if a 4 year old had made them, urine in the toliet and no clean towels or soap, and to top this there were like 1 million ants in the tub. I went down stairs and ask for a diffrent room and was told off by the woman behing the counter stating that none of there high class rooms look this way! I wanted to speak to the manager and the manager was even more rude. I will be telling everyone i know how crappy this dump is and would never stay at any marriot brand hotel again, its Hilton for me now!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. None. The continental breakfast was plentiful and more than most hotels offer. The staff was delightful and efficient. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable; however, there was a lot of people for breakfast and not enough food for everyone. The staff started to restock but seem to give up."

Location, pool, free breakfast. The cable did not work on my 2nd night. The breakfast area was a little small. The breakfast food selection was not that great. The pool was nice. It was very nice having a hot tub near the pool. The room/beds were very comfortable. The biggest problem was that the cable TV did not work during our 2nd night stay.

As a woman who travels frequently for business, safety is a concern of mine (and my husband and family.) Cleanliness is next. This hotel meets both criteria and I've stayed here twice for business. The only drawback ~ is that there is no fitness center...

The room was uniquely decorated, absolutely loved the beds - so comfortable! Pool was rather small. The staff was very nice and catered to our needs. The location was great and easy to find. I found the bed to be the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The pool was rather small, but the hot tub was great. I would definitely go back!

I read reviews that this property wasn't clean for other travelers, so I called the hotel. They assured me they'd taken corrective action (all new staff) and I found this to be the case; my room was very clean. I was disappointed that there was no fitness center, though.

Clean room, comfy bed, pool, hot tub. Too small breakfast buffet area. A little pricey, but very clean & conveniently located.

Room was clean, comfortable perfect for a weekend shopping trip or sporting event. The continental breakfast was good but the area was cramped. I travel with my children to sporting events and I would stay in this hotel again, the location was good, the room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent continental breakfast. No refrigerator in the room and the sheets did not fit the bed; they came off as soon as you sat down on it, very uncomfortable. Hotel was in a great location near the mall and lots of restaurants. The linens were cheap and came off the bed as soon as you laid in them, very frustrating. There was also no refrigerator in the room. The continental breakfast was really nice and the coffee in the lobby was fantastic and available 24 hours a day. Staff was friendly. Would visit again.

Easy to find, easy access. Tight hallways. Friendly staff, low price, seemed to cater more to the bus crowd. No complaints however also nothing spectacular.

the beds were comfy & the rooms were clean and newly appointed the location, way the heck in the back of a mall parking lot great beds, nice clean hotel, the general location is convenient but it's way out in the back end parking of a mall near an abandoned store.
