I have stayed at MANY hotels in the Tri-Cities area and I have to say that for the price this is the best one. It is centrally located between Richland and Pasco. It is quiet. The free breakfast is basic, but works. The pool is basic, but clean. The rooms are basic, but acceptable. We have paid WAY more in the Tri-Cities for WAY less!

It was clean. Side door broken and remained unlocked at all times. Not safe! Plain, simple, clean. Safety an issue. Exercise room a joke. No treadmill.

Great last minute Hotel when all others are booked. This Hotel was clean and cheap. I did not like the shinney bed spread you see at alot of cheaper hotels but it was good for the price in this area. I would stay again if I got in a pinch.

It was clean and had what we needed. Much better than expected. Nothing. It was fine. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to where we needed to be and was a nice hotel. Was pleasantly surprised.

Convenient location, good continental breakfast. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff was cheery and helpful.

Very spacious 1 room suite - as big as an apartment! Not really close to anything. Our room was much larger than expected and had a Jacuzzi tub. It seemed a little worn in places, but very clean and a great stay!

Close to paces visited. Noise from highway construction. Stay was present at an affordable rate.

The front desk staff was great. We had a terrible dining out experience and she gave us apples and juice for the kids. we went on a bmx racing weekend and the kids were rowdy. the pool needed adult only hours. I really enjoyed this hotel. the only inconvenience is that there are no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. But Pasco is growing fast so maybe when we go back next year there will be.
