Spacious and clean. Key cards didn't work easily. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past on business and was pleased to be able to get a room at a reduced rate while on vacation.

Got a pool side room. Had an espresso stand in the parking lot. Too far from Richland. Whirlpool was not hot. This Red Lion Inn is just a little nicer than the one in Kennewick. It has a deeper swimming pool and a whirlpool.

The large room with the single king size bed with the fellow top mattress was fantastic and the hotel was very quiet.

Location. Air conditioning was not working. The air conditioning was not working in the hotel. The hallways were 95+ degrees and the room was 85+ degrees. The only reason the room was cooler because the sliding door could be open. I called hotel staff to fix, they said they would and never came by. I must have called 4 times from 6 pm - 10 pm. Finally at 10 pm they offered me another room.

Very clean, great bed. Terrible food service. Excellent hotel, need friendlier food staff, front desk was great.

Attractive, spacious lobby and inviting outdoor pool. Did not have newspapers available for purchase on Sunday morning. No WiFi! The Pasco Red Lion is the perfect facility for business meetings, reunions, and other gatherings. It has an upscale dining restaurant, as well as a cafe for lighter, casual meals, and a bar with live music. The pool, spa, and pool deck were the perfect place to relax on a 98 degree day.

The rooms had a microwave in them. Nice sized rooms. It did not have a free continental breakfast. Didn't stay long but it seemed nice. The pool looked very inviting.

The pool was cold and the hot tub broken and there were tons of kids swimming it. Not a romantic get away! It was not what I was hoping for nor what I requested. I will not be using priceline again for any travel.

Size of room. Very large size of hotel. Everything we could have expected.

Clean, very nice room. Lots of kids running around. But this was a holiday weekend. I would recommend this hotel.

Upon request we had a great room opening to the pool. The hot tub was not functioning, as others had commented. I would recommend this hotel. The entry is beautiful and the room we had had sliding glass doors opening onto the lawn and pool. Very nice. However, they said they were missing a part to heat the hot tug so it was freezing.

Easy location. Dirty plate in hall next to my room. Good for the price.

It was quiet. It was not in Richland! No free WiFi. Poor coffee in the lounge. Overpriced even with Priceline help.

Pool, size of room and other amenities, price. Didn't get to enjoy pool for too long because other guests were drunk, loud and inappropriate. Hot tub was freezing and a dog was in the pool.

It was right off the freeway. The pool was not in working order on our first day there and the hot tub never did work.

Bin 20 was an excellent choice for fine dining. This is the 2nd time we stayed there and our keys did not work.

The price we paid for the beautiful room we stayed in. Breakfast in the restaurant on Sunday morning was not good. Over priced and under staffed. Had to wait 40 minutes for food. They needed more help.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Beds were of excellent quality and provided a great rest and the rooms were roomy. Direct TV did not work and thus we missed the Mariner Games. Very comfortable, large rooms, good restaurants. Concern was that everything you might want; phone calls, internet access, papers etc were extra. Many hotels provide services free and also provide a free breakfast etc.
Date of Stay:

Convenience, nice staff, andfree shuttle. Fan in room didn't work, called maintenance said he could not fix. Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The room had microwave, refer and TV enclosed in cabinet. Pool was being cleaned and unavailable for hot tub. Nice lobby, restaurants and very pleasant rooms which must have been newly updated. The elevators were a definite plus!
