The continental breakfast was really excellent. Close to shopping. Had a full kitchen.

If you are looking for comfort, convenience, security and are very particular, this is the hotel for you! Very very clean, great breakfast [take a little extra for lunch], superb pool and spa! Like the beach? A short drive to Hurd Park on Pine Point Beach Scarborough! This short drive is a great place to walk your dog! [approx 6 miles] Shaw's is directly across the street, a very short walk! Every restaurant that you might want is very nearby!

This hotel is a great value for the price. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. With three kids along the extra room was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, and supplies. The free breakfast was surprisingly good. The property is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative, the pool area was good but the floors could use a good scrubbing."

Close to everything. Very good experience, they provided a big room, clean, offered breakfast and even hot chocolate chip cookies.

This property is a great value for the money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was way above what we expected and the staff was very helpful. Although you have to travel a few miles to the airport, there are only two turns and it is very easy to navigate. My only advice: don't expect anyone to sleep on the pull-out sofa, it was horrible.

The staffwas very pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool was small. The hotel was clean and convenient but nothing special. The continental breakfast was better than expected.

Friendly staff. Furniture was really worn and out date. The furniture was really worn and the carpet in all of the hallways was filthy. The room was clean, but the sofa and chair were out dated and worn. This is not my usual Marriott experience. I also was disappointed to find out this was an extended stay facility. I was looking for a nice one day get away for my husbands birthday. Just went to Maine to have a lobster dinner. The room took away from the experience.

Very clean, friendly employees, very quiet and private. Breakfast was okay, bad water made for bad coffee. I was very happy with the hotel and our visit. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Breakfast was cafeteria like, but served its purpose. Room was VERY clean, did not have the smell some places have. Also heard some traffic from the close interstate, but did not hear any noise from the adjacent rooms or doors. Good job.

No generator for power outages. There was an ice storm while we were staying there and the power went out in the early morning hours. No one went around to alert people staying there or accommodate anyone who might need assistance.

Wonderful staff! Responsive, friendly and helpful. WiFi was an issue in the lobby area for myself and my business associate. What a great visit! If they can work out the issues we had with the WiFi to make it a no brainer to connect, the place is a 10!

Comfortable, with free internet and small in-room kitchen, and convenient to airport. A typical Residence Inn. The front-desk staff was welcoming; the room offered free internet and a small kitchen, plus a separate sleeping alcove. The property is close to the Portland airport; and I needed a place to stay prior to an early-morning flight. A very convenient location in that regard, also very close to the entrance to the interstate, and to a Mall and big box shopping.

Big room, comfort, breakfast. Distance from attractions. It was a great overall experience and we've already recommended to our friends the benefits of naming your own price as well as this hotel. We were very happy with our stay.

Dennis at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant, The room provided all that we recquired and easy access to the airport. Overall the stay was pleasant and perfect for what we needed. The one and only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning crew be a little more diligent in the vacuuming. There were dead flies on the closet floor and on a few window sills. Other than that I would say the hotel was perfect.

The continental breakfast was far more than I expected. What a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, overall outstanding.

Location was private & quiet, The room was great! The room and location was above our expectations. The room had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close enough to the shopping yet far enough away from the busy streets for a quiet stay. The staff was wonderful, especially the breakfast lady! The breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs, different types of breads, fruit, sausages, yogurt, etc and great 24 hour coffee! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends!

Loved the fresh baked cookies, it was a nice extra! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful breakfast and they had fresh baked cookies every evening which we had while around the fireplace.

Location. Shabby furniture in seatingarea. The hotel seems to be an older one which is quite spacious, but in need of refurbishing.

We liked the price, the location, amenities. Hot tub was disappointing. I was very impressed with the accommodations. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was very nicely done. Very nice for the price.

Front desk staff wasvery friendly and helpful at giving directions. The breakfast room staff was also very friendly and approachable. Very nice hotel handy shopping. The staff at the desk and in the dining area was more than helpful with providing directions, giving information regarding the area etc. A pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.
