we stayed here for night in March on my business trip to Portland with my fellow business partners. This is brand new place with great service.The rooms were equiped with wI Fi and also they have large screen LCD tvs with verygood comfortable bedding. we really enjoyed our AM continental breakfast with hot waffles and pastries . we recommend this Hotel to all of our friends who are visiting for our business trip. we are also planning to come back in September for our future meeting in portland.

Our family stayed at this brand new hotel. It was wonderful. The rooms were ot only new, but Extremely clean. We had a very nice breakfast and enjoyed the staff very much. I will return!

The staffwas friendly and the hotel was beautiful. It is very new and clean with a beautiful pool. This was a very clean brand new hotel with lovely accommodations. The rooms were nicely decorated with a nice large screen television. I wish we stayed longer than one night.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the room, facility and grounds. But disappointed by the freindliness and courtesy of the staff. My daughter and wife had planned on using the pool the morning we checked out, only to be rudely told the pool was not open until 9:00 am. And that it was on a time lock only could be opened at that time. As they have a ckeck out time of ten am I relized that it is nearly impossible to use the pool, take a shower, eat breakfast, and checkout on time. After waiting about 15 minutes to make my waffle, I discovered there was no syrup to have with my waffle, and no fork to eat it with. It was pretty hit and miss with the attendant, so I decided to speak to the manager. I basically found out that he didn't care at all. He had no interest in customer service, or even a clue as to what it means. Beatiful facility, no service.

The motel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. When the motel filled up there was not enough hot water and the heater/air conditioner fan in my room was broken. Overall though I felt it was a positive experience

We stayed for a night on the first weekend in October. The pool is not heated. Very very cold this time of year, even indoors. The hotel did not have any blankets fo the pull out bed. I had to go to Target and buy a blanket for my kid to use. The location is not that great, it's kind of out in the middle of no where. I complained about the blanket issue to def ears. Just not a nice place, folks.
