Breakfast including real waffles! Our room was on the 1st floor and looked out onto a WALL! (it was a courtyard, but we saw an inner wall.) Loved the deal, and appreciate the kindness of front desk staff and a great breakbast to get us going early in the AM! Many thanks.

The set up and space in the room alone with the comfort of home. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't spend as much time in the room as I would have liked. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The price was good and the room was great.

It was like a home away from home. 1/3 of theTV channels had a constant high pitched hum. Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The room's kitchen had everything one could need: dishes and silverware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, microwave, 3/4 size fridge, and a conventional oven with a range.

Liked it being like an apartment with fridge, stove and dishwasher. A very nice and clean hotel.

The room was extremely nice. The staff was friendly. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing hotels I've stayed at in a long time.

Breakfast buffet, fully supplied, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel has a very kind, and accommodating staff. The rooms were more than one might expect, full equipped kitchen, apartment size fridge and freezer, large stove with all necessary pots and pans, very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows.

Noisy air condition, uncomfortable bed and sofa bed. If I use priceline again in Chico, I hope that I get a more comfortable room. My 19 year old son was with me and slept on the sofabed. Both of us a very bad night and could not sleep.

Easy freeway access. No restaurant.

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The facility was very clean. Having a basketball court was great. The pool was icy and had leaves in it both days of our stay. A real restaurant would have been nice.

The room was spacious, well lit and very comfortable. The accommodations really exceeded our expectations. The room was large and sunny, with all the comforts of home. We loved having the kitchenette. The breakfast and evening tea were really wonderful too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very courteous. Room was very clean! Location - sits a ways from downtown Chico. A clean hotel with very friendly staff. Had everything necessary in a hotel room suitable for an individual or family stay. Finland located just behind the hotel makes it very kid-friendly. Next to HWY but little outside noise can be heard inside the hotel which made it very nice!
