Hotel was well maintained and staffed. The hotel was difficult to get to from the road. The double beds were small, could'nt at least one Queen have been fitted in?

Fantastic amenities, superb staff, immaculate and well-appointed spacious room and absolutely outstanding. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay! The staff was incredibly warm, polite and professional. The room was huge, equipped with a fireplace, full office, full kitchen, California king-size bed and terrific pillows. It was absolutely immaculate. The price I got on Priceline was terrific, but if I'd had to pay full price for this hotel it would have been worth every penny.

Clean and good location and good value for the money

Convenient to I95 highway. Heard highway and railroad all night / day long, dated and dingy. The rooms of this hotel are in separatebungalow style units. We arrived after dark and had to walk between units in the dark to find ours creepy, especially with small children. We were given a portable crib at the main office and asked to please carry it with us no assistance offered, even with several bags. The rooms are outdated (1980'svintage) but upgraded with a new desk, computer terminal granite counters, newer carpet and linoleum still not exactly 3 star. We noticed many rooms were right on 195, and were given a room not facing the highway, however, we were awakened throughout the night by rumbling and vibrating walls from the rail line running adjacent to the grounds. Overall not a bad hotel, a bit grungy and dated.

The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

Everything location, facility amenities. It was great excellent value and convenient to where I was working - food was decent and available - internet access perfect-could not say enough nice things about the place -- full kitchen and bath lots of room.

Location and pricing made this a great choice. Proximity to the rail line was very noisy 24/7 at the rear of the property. I absolutely loved the property. Our initial intentions were to stay at a location on the beach but after seeing this one, we chose to drive the 10 minutes to the beach and be closer to other things. The grounds were absolutely perfect as well as all buildings.

Spacious room. Locatiion, our room felt like we were on the highway (route 95). Building 11 is right on Route 95. Very noisy with truck traffic. Reception was rude, would not provide double beds without a $25 upcharge.

Friendly staff, large room, kitchen. Dusty and not as clean as it could be. This hotel is pet friendly. That is nice if you have pets. It is not nice if you are allergic to pet dander. My wife is allergic to dogs and dust mites. If you have allergies, this is not a good hotel choice. Otherwise, it is - the rooms are large with kitchens and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

Size of the suite was more than adequate. Tri-Rail railroad right outside our door! Certainly a 3 star label is not attached to a facility on the railroad tracks.

It was very spacious. Signs were so small that it made it hard to find. The hotel was not bad at all. The bathroom was the one room that I felt could of used a little bit of work.

The room was spacious, with a living room and bedroom combined. Nice kitchen. Good breakfast. We were told we would be given a quiet room. It overlooked a parking lot and railroad tracks. This is a well kept hotel and the grounds are nice, but there are many rooms that overlook the parking lots with no landscaping. We liked the decor, king bed, and living room/kitchen layout. Upon our request in checking in, we were told we would be given a quiet room. However, we ended up with one that overlooked the commuter railroad tracks and parking lot. I asked for a change of room every day for the first three days of our 5 night stay and no one ever followed through with it, even though we noticed there were plenty of more suitable empty rooms. There were a lot of one-night guests, and I felt that more should have been done to accommodate guests having a longer stay.

Very clean & comfortable. I had to pay extra for the double beds requested. This is a very clean and comfortable hotel.

Amazing. No complaints. The room was enormous, breakfast was awesome, friendly staff. If I could've staid for longer I would've especially here.

Room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities for family. The morning front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. I will use this hotel again.

Dated, kind of worn out around the edges. A so-so Residence Inn in a weird, north Boca location. I got stuck with a handicap accessible room for a two night stay. It was fine, but this is not even close to the top quarter of Residence Inns. Needs updating, and badly.
