The room was great a good size bathroom with a big shower area. The pool was the only thing I could find to complain about. There were small bugs-nats floating on top of the pool so it would have been nice to get a person out there more often to run a net across the pool to keep it somewhat clean. It was nice to have a restraunt and a lounge-bar located inside the hotel so you did not have to drive anywhere once you got there. If you have kidsor wanted to go eat someplace else there is a Red Robin and other places within a couple of blocks so the location was great.

Nice room, good location. No microwave, fridge, guest laundry, free breakfast.

This property sits adjacent to a railroad track, and there were no less than seven trains that went by during the night. If you can sleep through train noise, this property would be fine, otherewise I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Our stay at the Red Lion was an outstanding experience. The entire staff in the hotel and in the restaurant were extremely help and courteous.

Baseball games, very conveniant to everything, only bummer was railroad was right there, but with the fan on never heard it.

Convenient location. Hard to regulate room temperature. A very clean facility with a centralized location. I did not eat at the restaurants, so cannot comment on them. The only complaint I have about the room was the cooling system the room was either too warm or too cool, and a small change in the thermo stat setting resulted in a big change in room temperature.

then this hotel will suit you. Very small room dominated by a huge empty armoire with TV so small it has to be on a riser. 50 feet from train tracks that are busy all night long. Thin worn out towels, no ice machine. Very disappointing.

This was a very expensive stay for a family of three. There was nothing complimentary, everything had a price tag on it except for the ants that took over the bathroom the next morning. Gross!

Cool was very dirty. Overall the hotel was fine but was lacking in some cleaning and needs a update.

the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. After driving for 2 days our 2 year old was melting down and they allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and accommodated us very nicely. We did not get to use the pool or other services, but they did provide a child's bed at no additional cost, which is not how we were treated at the Holiday Inn Express.

Very clean. Very nice staff, very clean establishment, great breakfast, beautiful room, we even stayed for a second night. Great restaurant down the street called Madeline's.

we stayed two nights at this hotel and was very satified with the experience. if ever in this city again we will stay here. another plus was we forgot our shampoo and the hotel had very good quality, personal hygeine products in our bathroom. They upgraded us also for free because our single room did not have a refrigerator and we had bought items that needed refrigeration, we thought all the rooms had refrigeration and it did not. overall good experience.

The room was much larger than I anticipated with an updated bathroom and a secure balcony. The pool water was dirty. Family-friendly, nice staff, big rooms, updated bathrooms. The pool water was cloudy and dirty (not that the kids minded) but the pool area had plenty of reclining chairs and extra guest towels. The pool was well-secured by a high fence; the gate could only be opened by an adult-sized person.

Location. Room was not adequately clean and was not what I thought I was paying for. We were stuck in a single queen. There were stains on the carpet and the air conditioning unit was unreasonably loud. The bathroom had a film on the mirror and the floor that looked as if it might be hair spray, but had gone uncleaned previously. This hotel is near the railroad tracks.

I liked the cleanliness, warm atmosphere, comfort of room. The people at the pool were loud.

The location of the hotel. The room service was not as expected.

Close to restaurants. The train going by at 5:30 am, 6:30 am, and 8:30 am. The first room was unbelievable hot; 85-90 degrees. The heat was on high and the room smelled of wet carpet. We turned on the AC but it never got cool; opened the doors, windows and called maintenance. He reported the walls were too hot to cool the room anytime soon. They moved us to another room and charged us $20 for two beds. The beds were very soft.

Location. This is not a 3 star hotel. Their basic room is a 2 star at best. The basic room is small, in the back, small older TV, no refrigerator, no microwave etc. For two beds, a microwave, refrigerator etc. They will up grade you for $20.00 to $30.00. I rate their rooms lower than a Quality Inn or a Super 8. I am on the road 2 to 3 weekends a month from April to November. So I see a lot of hotel rooms.

Ease of all transactions. Hotel and staff were excellent, some slight problems with the room but did not take away from our vacation.

Convienent for trip. Nothing negative. AllI did was sleep here.
