This was a wonderful hotel, with nice ammenities such as a gym, pool & spa and very nice sheets. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that I tried to check in early and the hotel staff was not very cooperative, even though they had a room available.

The staff was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Continental breakfast food quality could have been better. The folks at this hotel were warm and friendly. They actually bought me a digital camera when they discovered I had forgotten mine. Wow! I will never forget them for their kindness and can do attitude for me as their guest.

They allowed us a late checkout immediately upon request. Our keys were invalid at noon on checkout day, and nobody had warned us that that would occur. Nice, new hotel with courteous staff. Comfortable accommodations.

The morning staff was great. The check in girl talked way too fast. She needs to slow down so you don't feel so rushed. The person at the desk in the morning was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help!

The staff was great. The dog walking area was very limited and unclean. I would stay at this hotel again. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The air was on when I arrived at my room so it was nice and cool.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Nice place to stay for a business traveler such as myself. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Traffic noise was not noticeable but trying to get out of their parking lot, was challenging with the amount of traffic on Wenatchee Ave.

They gave plenty of towels. it was in a decent area. They were pleasant. The swimming pool had so much clorine in it, we only used it once & our eyes burned for hours. It was a nice hotel, with friendly workers. They had a nice breakfast. I would go back again.

Clean room. Good beds. The hotel is located near a rail track, so it can be noisy. Just a standard business traveler hotel. Nothing fancy, just good value for money. Good breakfast buffet in the morning.

Clean and nice looking room. Need more breakfast options. I loved this hotel. Clean rooms with all the comforts from home. Very nice staff that was willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend to everyone I know.

The indoor pool and hot tub and the outstanding breakfast. Nothing. Fantastic value. The room was great, the pool was fun, and the breakfast was outstanding.

The pool, my kids had a lot of fun. There was too much chlorine in the pool, and the jets for the spa were weak. It was good, there was a basketball tournament in town and the pool was packed with preteen girls every evening who made it kinda loud, but my boys still had fun swimming, and they were considerably well behaved and supervised.

Clean and spacious rooms. Too many kids running around and being loud. My stay was adequate. I only wished that my fellow travelers and their children had realized that some of us do not WANT to wake up early. These 2 days were my "sleep in" mornings. I did not appreciate hearing yelling and doors slamming late night and early (7am) mornings. Plus, having movie options would have been nice.

Nice and clean rooms, rooms were new, and open. Great breakfast buffet. Could have been priced a little lower. We liked this hotel, rooms were open and new and clean. Breakfast was great - lots of choices. Cookies and milk at night were fun for the kids also. The indoor pool looked nice although we didn't use it. I would recommend this hotel.
