The staff was quite helpful. The place was clean but not very well maintained. For example we used the stair well to access out room and the plaster had come off the walls.

Staff was helpful and friendly. For the star level was a decent hotel. Friendly staff rooms were clean. Would stay again.

I booked a room at this hotel last week for business and the local management for the Quality Inn did not honor the confirmed reservation. I had to travel 15 miles down the road to find a substandard replacement, and the Quality Inn management did not offer to compensate us. I have reported this to their guest services hotlilne with no result. When I first arrived at the hotel they told me that they had damage from a recent storm but no damage was apparent. Then they told me that they could not find my reservation, then when I produced a confirmation number, they claimed that it was canceled but could not produce a cancellation number. Our travel agency called them and was told that they had oversold the hotel. I use a online travel website for my personal travel and wish that I had booked it thru them as they would have handled finding me another room.

Hotel was adequately clean, although the smell of the air freshener was strong and nauseating. Several things in the room didn't work-coffeemaker, dryer, safe. Breakfast was adequate...but free. Excellent staff.

Great hospitality, accommodating and excellent host/hostess. Enjoyed a pleasant, relaxing stay in very accommodating and comfortable setting. Couldn't ask for more.

First, let me acknowledge the wonderful staff in attendance at this hotel. They were very professional but also friendly and helpful. The "full breakfast" that was served was very good! Sorry to say...."It's time for some remodeling! The the rooms were old and musty. The furniture (chairs, bed, bathroom walls, all ceilings ) were worn/ torn in places and dirty. The room and hallway carpets were VERY old and dirty. Let's not forget this place is called "Quality Inn???????". All in all, my experience was postive due to the wonderful staff!

Check out time is 12 pm. Room was a bit humid. Agreat stay for the price.

The hotel was not lit up so was difficult to find at night. It was clean. There was a definite lack of compassion for travelers with car trouble. It was rather odd to me that only one of the clerks knew anything about where to eat, where to get help for a car. I would have thought that making the effort to find out this information would make business sense.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and the staff very nice. The stopper in the bathtub kept closing. The room was very small, microwave and refrigerator under TV.

Just about nothing advertised about this hotel is correct. None of the "amenities" were as described. The restaurant and lounge were closed evenings. The pool is very small, and the water level was down about a foot. The fitness center actually has decent cardio machines, (or rather, had, but they've been neglected for so long they sqeak, creak, and clunk along, apparently just struggling to keep going, like the rest of the hotel.) and what appears to be a random selection of beat-up dumbells. The A/C in the fitness center doesn't work. No wi-fi or landline connection was possible, except for the single computer in the lobby, occupied by teenagers. Finally, as if to confirm the strict policy of non-funcitonality, the toaster set out at breakfast didn't work. The staff was indifferent at best, downright rude at worst. One of the staff came into the fitness center while I was in there and turned off the TV while I was clearly watching it! The hotel is reasonably close to the airport, and nothing else. It is as far from anywhere in Tyler a person would actually want to be as possible. I will definitely not stay there again.

The lobby smelled of smoke and old, stale carpet the whole time I was there. Not a great sign! The rooms were dingy, the furniture and fabric outdated and worn. The fitness center was small and cramped. The staff, however, were helpful, and the woman who cleaned my room did a great job. Overall, I think the they're doing the best with what they've got, but the place could use a makeover!

We love having a mini fridge and microwave. Also having a FULL breakfast buffet is a major plus. We ate breakfast around 9 and the food was a little old. We stay at this hotel almost everytime we go to Tyler. It is great for overnight trips. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room is great. We always get a great meal at the breakfast buffet. Just try to eat before 9 because sometimes the food is not as fresh after then.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We found several grass-burrs (stickers) in our bed. We found several grass-burrs (stickers) in our bed - one inside the pillow case, one between the mattress and the bottom sheet, one between the two sheets. That was disappointing. The breakfast, though it was a full breakfast, was mediocre as far as quality and taste. We had a very loud, noisy fan of some sort outside our patio door. Otherwise, everything was fine, but nothing spectacular. On a positive note, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Super clean, beautiful room, friendly staff, great rates. Elevator too far away from our room, but all else was great! This hotel is a great find for us. The room was very attractive, super clean and conveniently located. We had some unforeseen plumbing problems that were immediately and courteously handled. We will return if we are in this area again. Great service, great staff!

The full breakfast was excellent. They could have had more luggage carts, but they were extremely busy. I liked the free full breakfast and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. For a Hurricane evacuation hotel it was nice.

Breakfast. The foul smell, the unbelievably bad staff, pretty much everything was poo. I was amazed at how unfriendly, discourteous, and rude, the staff could be I was appalled at the odour of stale smoke, dampness and mould, that was forever fresh. I'm not usually one to complain, and I didn't but I would certainly not recommend this place.

Breakfast was the best, forget the continental breakfast, this was the best. The pool was the best. I can't think of anything. Staff was friendly, good location. Cant think of anything negative. I was looking for just a place to stay, but my family and I very much enjoyed this Hotel. Even the vending machines had a variety of munchies. The pool was wonderful for the kids and us.
