Air conditioner wasn't working as well as needed on a hot day. Air conditoners were leaking on the sidewalk and dripping to the level below. Staff was not professional and the desk clerks needed professional grooming. Continental breakfast was a joke but the coffee was good.

It was conveniently located not far from places not to close to traffic. Just getting a smoking room. For the most part it worked well,I probably could have found better.

room was okay to sub-okay, showing age of the facility. Needs a makeover. location was good. there are newer hotels i might try first in the same area

we just stay 1 night for my test, we didn't really stay that long so its fine...the price its not worth, no microwave or even just an ice box.

On loop 323. No where to eat, no microwave, very few TV channels. May stay there again however, I think I would look first for another hotel.

I was disappointed that there was no elevator at this hotel. I didn't realize I needed to ask since most have them. I have arthritis very bad & had to drag myself up the stairs to 2nd floor. Only room available they said; room could have been cleaner.

Prompt pleasant check in. Room was clean. Wi Fi wouldn't connect with my lap top though. Breakfast is very basic - cereal, juice, coffee, bananas.

Very clean, felt secure. Free breakfast was pretty skimpy.

"Staff extremely helpful, lobby and rooms nice and clean. The outside (hallways & surroundings) could use some cleaning. Found a rat running outside our door one night."

The hotel had a great staff that were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and CLEAN. Could have made sure about getting my wake up calls(didn't get either of them).
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
The beds were good and the breakfast was good. It's old and unattractive on the outside. It was just okay - nothing great about it.

"This is a clean hotel, but no internet provided as stated and they closed the pool on a Saturday for maintance, we were very disapointed. "

the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious which i appreciate having two children and the pool was very nice. i was right on the loop close to the mall and shopping and restaraunts.

Staff was very friendly. Beds. Not impressed. Although the staff was very friendly I would not recommend staying at this location. The beds were a little bigger than a full size. I am not a big person (5'5") and my feet hung off the end. All the extras in the room did not work (the hair dryer or the coffee pot), and there was no washing machine or dryer which would have been very helpful.

I found the lobby staff and the morning breakfast staff to be friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. I was happy to have wireless internet available as this was a business trip. The morning breakfast was suitable, good coffee, fresh fruit, etc.
Date of Stay:

Friendly staff. No fan in the bathroom. I thought it was a little high priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No fans in the bathroom.

It was clean. I wished there had been a workout facility. It was clean. No workout facility and no dining facility in the hotel. And not enough free TV channels.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Affordable. Towels in room were not clean. Had hairs in them. Over all the hotel was fine. There was not enough towels and the ones I did have had hairs in them.
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
Nice pool area.. No stairs on the back row on the outside. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It is located in an area very close to a variety of eating places. They also had a variety of choices on the continental breakfast.
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
Friendly staff, quiet room with cold air, great complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff, quiet room with cold air and as with all La Quintas they serve a nice little comp breakfast. Because they're affordable they attract a little rougher, rowdier crowd but we never heard them all night.
