We were at the motel because of a wedding in the area. It was easy to locate in an area we did not know. It turns out all our family stayed there. It was very nice to be able to visit with them in their rooms or in the breakfast room which was made available to us in the evening as well as for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was also the best price available for the accommodations.

Friendly staff. Bathroom could have been cleaner. No elevator? Kind of a tricky turn from the through street.

Rude, uncooperative front desk. Tiny room and even tinier bathroom. Dingy appearance. Incrediibly loud air conditioner. This could as easily have been an old, poorly maintained Motel 6 somewhere in the middle of the desert. The only thing I can say good is that it was basically clean. I sure would not recommend it to my friends.

Although I requested a non-smoking room the room reeked of smoke, thus, triggering my allergies.

Inconsiderate, unhelpful front desk, dingy atmosphere, TINY bathroom, loud air conditioner, and generally run-down appearance inside. Breakfast was okay, but that's the only feature I found acceptable at this location.

Quality Inn & Suites Lacy was centrally located to lots of choices for dinning. The room was adequate with cable TV and microwave. The bed left a little to be desired. The breakfast and the food was good. Their customer service was fast and friendly.

Very easy access to freeway and college with several good choices for eating close by as well. Freeway noise was somewhat bothersome.
