It is an average hotel, perhaps a bit pricey. Good selection to stay for a day or two. The Wireless Internet connection a bit slow, but it is there. The bathroom is not too clean, but as strange as it sounds, since Washington is the richest state in water, the restrictive sink faucet discharge almost no water.

Clean, reasonable price, easy to find. Checkout time was noon, maids were trying to come in at 11, too much chlorine in Spa. Clean, good pool & Spa, great room, close to good restaurants, easy to find.

Surprisingly this hotel isn’t that bad, it looks out-dated from the outside, but the inside is pretty nice. Its only about a 10 minute drive to Olympia, and Ft Lewis. Great staff. If I ever need to stay in Lacey again this will be the place.

Very nice value for your stay! Great size rooms, clean, and an excellent complimentary breakfast bar. The pool/hot tub area is inside--not large but nice. The staff always were friendly and helpful. We never walked past the front desk without them greeting us. This is our second time to stay, and we will be sure to stop there again.

Staff was very friendly and more than accomdating from the minute i walked in the door. I enjoyed my stay here.

Pool hours 6 A.M to 10 P.M. Shower cleanliness was bad. Great location, excellent hours for the pool 6 A.M to 10 P.M, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was nicely decorated, only problem was my room was a wheelchair accessible. Room with a shower seat that was very moldy and dirty looking.

I stayed here recently while attending a conference and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was good and there are free cookies in the evening. They also accept pets. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean, all the staff was friendly and helpful. We would love to stay at this hotel again. There was not a thing. The staff was helpful and courteous. It was clean and well staffed, the staff was knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was completely full, the staff handled it with ease. Housekeeping was cheerful and ready to help with any needs. We would love to stay here again. This was a great hotel experience.

Breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about. Just another standard motel. Close to highway, but due to lack of signage, difficult to find. Skip the breakfast buffet and go to nearby Denny's.

Very satisfied with our holiday stay. The beds were comfortable. Had a family of four and our stay was great. We will definately stay here again and again. Rooms were clean no complaints! The breakfast was good enough to hold us until lunch! Microwave, fridge & hair dryer was useful for my family. The pool was open. Overall experience was great! Hot beverages and fruit was available 24/7! Fast internet available in lobby. VERY HAPPY!

The front desk staff person was terrific. She helped us find a restaurant and even printed out directions and a map for us. It was a bit hard to see and we had to stop and ask for directions. We enjoyed this hotel while on a campus visit to an area college. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially giving us directions and suggestions for a great local restaurant. They printed out a map and directions and allowed us to have a late check out in the morning. The pool and hot tub were a nice place to relax and the breakfast more than adequate.

Parking was limited; pool was closed during 10+ day stay (both due to planned repairs???) Most staff friendly but services lacking (i.e. confusion @ front desk with reservations, rooms not always cleaned or cleaned timely; unable to connect to wireless Internet--although, we connected easily with the net via the hotel next door.) We recommend travelers turn right when driving in versus turning left.

The pool was warm- hot tub was Hot, and no one else was using it. Young loud staff, not professional, talking loudly about their drinking etc the night before while I am eating breakfast. Not up to par with typical La Quinta-this is a previous Holiday Inn. I was expecting a more typical La Quinta which is a step above this hotel. The rooms are `ok" -comforter needed replacing. Despite our `do not disturb' the maid cleaned while we were out-which we did not want. Staff is young, not professional, and loud. Ok for a family.

Staff was terrific, clean place, attractive, convenient. Well located for Olympia. Clean, well appointed room. Nice amenities including a pool. Continental breakfast included. Staff was friendly and helpful and sent me to a terrific restaurant. Quiet location with surrounding trees and open space.

Enjoyed the large room and bed. Jacuzzi system wasn't working. Really enjoyed my stay for the short time I was there. Everything was within walking distance.

Convenient & quiet. Dirty, fly in my room. It wasn't very clean, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the breakfast wasn't great. But it was fairly cheap and convenient.

The breakfast was great! Not enough cookies baked at night. Great hotel. We plan on staying there every time we go to the lacey-Olympia area.

Excellent staff and accommodations. Breakfast was very good for price of hotel. Appears to be quite new and very clean. Pretty surroundings, although still very close to the freeway and a major road (St. Martin's Way).

The breakfast was very good. Nothing bad. This is a very convenient hotel to the freeway. It is quiet in the rooms despite the proximity to the freeway. The breakfast is very good. The staff was very friendly.

Good value for the price. Shower/bath tub was sour and infected with mildew. The liquate lacey was good value for the price - accommodations that are utilitarian and efficient for business travelers. Rooms are neat and tidy. Complementary daily newspaper, continental breakfast, and free hi-speed internet was a nice touch, however the wife performance was spotty. conveniently located near the freeway ramp and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. there was no signage to direct the unfamiliar traveler and it was difficult to find the hotel because it is hidden behind another larger hotelman of this type of roadside hotel, the bathroom was swanky because the shower/bath tub was sour and infected with mildew. The shower curtain could have used a daily dose of bleach. While the everything was tidy, the odor in the bathroom castled doubt to the hygiene of the rest of the room.
